INTRODUCTIONOrganizational behavior reflects personnel and team activities along with the actions thatthey perform activity business enterprise. Also, it can be stated that there are differentorganizational theories that suggests the effectual ways which helps the business to ascertainrapid change within it. Moreover, it can be considered as the effective way among businessenterprise and individual behavior to accomplish desired results. In this context, individualbehaviour needs to be evaluated so that it influences job structure, interpersonal skills,performance management etc (Arnison and Miller, 2009). Thus, there are two theories i.e.internal and external perspectives of the way in which organizational behavior can be viewed byorganizations. Report also involves different problems that affects the work which is related toindividual behavior while working within team. Hence, it is essential for them to play a crucialrole and develop creative ideas so that team goals can be attained. Study analyses three differentcase studies such as Ford, Monsanto and Originals Copy Centers that presents the wayorganization formulates the team working ways. TASK 1a.Here, firm needs to identify the interrelationship among business structure and culture sothat business goals can be attained effectively. Through identifying the change within enterpriseculture it also influences the structure of firm. The organizational structure can remain constanthowever; its culture may get changed time to time. For instance, if the management of businessalters its structure that how will the workforce are going to assigned roles and responsibilities inthe similar structure. It can be assessed that in the early time, Ford Company was facing severalproblems regarding recession and thus top management were facing problem just not because ofrecession but due to prevailing car competition in international market (Blomme andBornebroek-Te Lintelo, 2012). Moreover, it is crucial for the firm to change their strategy whichis involved and adopting the tactics of their competitors and obtaining proper priority so that bestdevelopment needs can be attained.Further, Ford Company also adopts traditionalmanufacturing approach to produce car but later business adopts effective structure such as newcar development method. Furthermore, organization adopts a consecutive 5 years process inorder to launch a new auto-mobile in market. It is crucial for the top management to undertake4| P a g e
