Attitude of employees is the most important element for an effective team in all aspects. There are
many steps which have to be taken care of like the communication should be open and respectful.

Every co-worker should respect each other and find themselves on the same boat of organization. It
will further help for the team to work in an open environment where everyone can express their ideas,
opinions and even they can share their problems without any hesitation with other workers or the
colleagues. If any of the relevant information will be passed within the organization, then definitely
that team or the organization can achieve their desired targets or goals. (Leonard, 2018)Leaders or the
seniors have to produce a friendly environment that even co-workers will understand their
responsibility of the availability or their schedule should be known to other workers so that work
should not be disturbed due to any employee’s absence. Employees or the colleagues should respect
each other and should listen to each other ideas of bringing growth together for themselves also. In an
organization many of the problems occur suddenly and it can cause a huge loss to the company.
Therefore, every person should be aware of any problem that can occur and he can resolve the
problem or provide an issue same as of their co-workers. When team work will be there then
definitely, no problem will arise soon but if by chance there is any problem then whole team can
resolve that issue very fast. For example, if a customer is having an issue with the service department
and customer is complaining to sales department then, it should not be passed to different department
or should avoid that particular problem. In fact, the whole team has to solve that issue collectively as a
teamwork. One more thing is very essential as proper roles and responsibilities should be defined to
every of the worker or the colleague. This is the main role of the recruitment manager or the senior
person who will assign the duties and responsibilities to every worker. It is the defining role and
duties of different departments like sales, billing and even customer service. They all should know
that if they will work collectively for the organization then definitely they will also get a good growth
in their work and profile also. (Zoglio, 2001)
Attitude is really important to build and support effective teams as if the attitude is positive then there
will be a strong group of the co-workers who will work in a friendly environment. This healthy
working culture is only possible when every co-worker or an employee is having a nice attitude
towards the organization and their colleagues especially. There should be complete freedom for the
new inventions and ideas, everyone in the organization should have the right to speak up or discuss
their own ideas to increase the sales and profits for the organization collectively. Every department or
the team of the organization either it is on high level or low level management should work together
in the same direction towards the organization’s bright future (BlueSteps, 2010). Teamwork is only
possible when everyone is giving their 100 percent and if even one person will struggle, it will bring
the whole team downwards or will not achieve their desired target. Encouraging each other is also a
part of teamwork as if a co-worker will support mentally to other co-worker that this target is
achievable and we can do it as a team, failure co-worker will also prove himself a profit for the
organization. It is basically boosting up each other to achieve the desired target together. If a new co-
worker is not doing work fast as an old co-worker he should not criticize him in fact, he should help
him up so that circle of achievement and success should not get disturbed or moved. Attitude is
everything a person can take care of but in a dedicated manner. An effective team is always like a
bunch of sticks which will be together forever and can’t even break together. Same as in the
organization if an employee is fully dedicated towards his/her job in the organization then, definitely
the company will make sure that these dedicated employees should get rewards and incentives of
course. For teamwork it is essential to have a team which is equally dedicated towards their
organization and their own work and an individual can’t make the movements really fast as every
company requires nowadays. Walking together is winning together. (Benson, 2017)
