The organization that is taken into consideration in this particular essay is Swiss
Agrotech. It is a clothing manufacturing company. I was attached to this organization since
five years. I have experienced an effective form of communication in the organization that
enhances the job of the employees in the organization and that made the work environment
good and comfortable for everyone working in the organization. The organization produces
huge variety of apparels for both men and women and also kids. It has warehouses where a
huge number of employees work under the same roof. There is huge demand of the products
of the company in the market.
Communication in organizations have a huge impact on the smooth running of the
organizations and also in the effectiveness of the organization. In many organizations it has
been seen that the communication inside the organization has remained a problem. The poor
communication in an organization affected the internal as well as the external factors of the
organization. The communication in the organization depends on the communication between
the supervisors and the employees, it includes the communication among the supervisors, it
includes the communication between the organization and the customers and the
stakeholders.
In many organizations it has been observed that there was a lack of proper
communication between the employees and the supervisors. The employees were not happy
to work in those organizations as they could communicate with the supervisors and they
could not communicate their problems to them. This had an impact on the effectiveness of the
organization. In order to avoid this a feedback should have been taken from the employees
and regular training session should be organized for the employees where at least the people
of the management will have a direct conversation with them. In order to have a good
communication with the consumers the organization must arrange some feedback forms that
would record the quarries of the consumers and a regular feedback on the products will help

to make the products better. The communication among the supervisors would include the
regular meetings on framing strategies that would be helpful for the growth of the company.
In many organizations it is observed that the employees work mechanically and any kind of
activities are not done in the company that can keep the employees. Even while the
employees makes effort to convey their problems to the management they are not entertained.
This leaves a bad effect on the company. The employees should be kept happy and they
should be made involved in some kind of entertaining activities that will serve as a stress-
buster for them. This is the reason the organization should have an effective communication
system. A good communication system would keep the working environment good which is
essential in any organization.
The subject of organizational communication is an interesting area as it shows a good
team work and it shows the ability of the management to make the working environment
healthy and comfortable. A good working environment increase the urge to work.
