The selected organization is the BT Group. It is a British international
telecommunications holding business head office in the United Kingdom (Btplc.com, 2020). It
has set-ups in around 185 nations and is the major supplier of broadband, fixed-line and mobile
facilities in the United Kingdom, and also delivers subscription IT services and televisions.
British telecom is the former name of BT, and it is the public limited company. In 1969 famous
scientist William Cooke and John Lewis Ricardo established these UK based telecom
organization.

BT is involved in vending fixed-voice facilities, mobile, broadband and television
services and products, as well as several infrastructures facilities ranging from broadband and
