1. Summary
The paper mainly reflects on organizing violent offender treatment program that helps in
reducing violent offences as well as capital crimes. As the rate of offenders with mental illness
is rising, violent behavior is seen in both the mental and penal health system and in order to
reduce violent behavior, the program helps in providing proper treatment to the offenders.
The main purpose of organizing this program is to minimize the violent behaviors in juveniles
and for minimizing the risk of recidivism within the individuals who are mentally disordered
offenders. It is found that the program is mainly structured as well as manualized and
delivered within the time period of around 280 hours of group therapy plus proper range of
weekly individual work as well as support is provided. With the help of this program, it is
found that behavioral manifestations can be reduced with further reduction in perceived level
of risk by increasing various types of interpersonal skills. It is found that around 40 days’ time

health issues. The main mission of the organization is to promote self-seeking for various
types of mental health concerns. The organization arranges violent offender treatment
program for reducing the violent actions among the juveniles and for minimizing the risk of
recidivism within the individuals who are mentally disordered offenders. In order to arrange
the program, the organization engages in fundraising event so that the program can be
successfully executed. In addition to this, it is found that the organization will be able to
complete the program within the time period of 40 days by utilizing budget of around
$100,000 so that the program can be arranged successfully and can generally help the
individuals who requires help to get out of the problem.
3. Models of Case Management
It is found that clinical case management model is mainly utilized within this project. The
