In this case, most of the patients tell very little about themselves during the counselling at HeadSpace. In order to mitigate this problem there is a need for the system that will improvise the functioning though storing of the information in the newly implemented system. The main objective of this paper is to discuss the problems in the Headspace currently facing. The justification for using the NewAccess system has been discussed in this context along with the capabilities of the new system. Problem:It has been seen that most people suffering from depression and anxiety are from the age group 17 years to 25 years. In most cases, the patient suffering from the depression or anxiety go to different professionals for the help (Gleacher et al., 2016). Each time they have to re-tell their problems. The continuous process of re-telling their problem makes them to tell very little when they come to Headspace for counselling (Mohammed et al., 2016). The problem is that, the consultant at the Headspace cannot understand the problem of the patients if they are not telling their problem or factors for anxiety in a proper way. This makes the professionals harder to help the patient. This creates a problems for the professionals and the doctors in the organization to provide the right solution for the respective patients. Capabilities:HeadSapace is proposed to implement the NewAccess mental health. The NewAccess mental health is in the trial version and is targeted to understand the story of the young people who are coming to the clinic for the treatment. The proposed system will capture the issues and the problems of the young people at the initial stage (King et al., 2018).

Apart from that the data and the information accessed by the professionals at any time of the day. This increase the availability of the data. Apart from that the system is needed to be secured. The proper security system will provide the controlling of the access of the information in the system (Leventhal et al., 2015). The information regarding a specific patient can be accessed by the professionals and the doctors threating that person along with the respective person (Wadia et al., 2015). This will ensure the confidentiality and the security of the data in the organization. The system is needed to be robust so that it can work properly whenever it is needed. The database can be connected to the systems of the Headspace through servers. Apart from that the patient can check the reports regarding the treatment from the database of the newly implemented system at any time of the day. Benefits:TherearecertainbenefitsofusingtheNewAccesssysteminthe organization. The implementation of the system will help to manage the data and information in a proper way. Apart from that the case history of the patient along with the issues and problems told by the patients can be recorded in this system.
