INTRODUCTIONOrganizational behavior is based on the academic study of the ways where people actwithin groups. It includes the areas of research dedicated towards to improve the jobperformance, promotion innovation, increasing job satisfaction and always encouraging theleadership. This report will discuss about culture, power and politics that influences theindividual people and team performance or behavior.
