Introduction
Ai or Artificial Intelligence is one of the major technological advancements that is
making life easier in many different aspect in the modern day scenario. This is because in the
current scenario almost all the business sectors starting like health care sectors, hotel and
hospitality sectors and other such aspects in order to make sure that they are able to service their
customer in a better and also a very easy way. As per the opinion of Krishnamoorthy & Rajeev
(2018), mobile banking is becoming one of the major aspects in almost all the different sectors.
This is because of the fact that people all over the world are looking for services that are
available in a very fast and also easy manner. In order to make sure that the monetary
transactions are being done in a proper way, the facilities like mobile banking, internet banking
and others. All these technologies are running smoothly because of the fact that there is the
presence of artificial intelligence or AI.
-Growth of robots and artificial intelligence
As per the opinion of Mata et al. (2018), using AI or artificial intelligence is one of the
major aspects that helps in reducing the errors. This mainly works on the last or the previous data
records so that the work that is being done is error free and also it is being done in a very fast and
properly optimized manner. It is AI that makes all the work in all the different activities like
billing, packaging and others to be done in a very fast and also in an error free manner.

-Evidence of robots using more complex jobs and taking over simple jobs
There are many different applications of AI or artificial intelligence. This is because of the fact
that retailers and other fulfillment centers are able to use this technology for many different uses.
In order to make sure that they are able to give a memorable experience to their customers, they
try to make sure that the entire work is done in a very smooth manner. It is also seen in many of
the different organizations that the Consumer A.I. agents negotiate with Retailer AI agents
based on different objectives, tactics, and strategies. The same will also be seen in case of the
legal professions. This is because of the fact that any of the works will be done by the AI or
robots in order to make sure that the works like billing, scanning and others are being done
properly and also they are not facing any such issues like delaying in the orders or any other such
aspects.
Pros and Cons of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence

Lu et al (2018) is of the opinion that employees are often suffering job insecurity. This is because
of the fact that the employees may feel threatened due to the emergence of AI or artificial
intelligence. This is because of the fact that in order to make the work much faster and also
easier, human labor has to be reduced. In order to reduce human labor, AI or robotics is being

used. The already existing employees might feel threatened and they might also feel that the
emergence of AI will be snatching away job from their hands and they will not have any means
of livelihood left.
Krishnamoorthy and Rajeev, S. (2018) has argued in the similar context that there is a
very high cost involvement in this aspect. This is because of the fact that installing and using AI
or artificial intelligence in the day to day aspect makes life easier but at the same time, there is
usually a huge amount of money or other resources needed that must be used in order to make
sure that the technology is working for a longer period of time without suffering from wear and
tear.
At the same time, the other disadvantage is the fact that AI or artificial intelligence is
always devoid of emotions. In order to make sure that the technology is able to work properly the
robots are developed in such a way that there are no emotions or understandings present among
them. In order to make sure that the work is taking place properly the robots and are robotic
technology usually works at their own pace without showing any kinds of emotions or
understandings. However there can be several instances where the customers might also demand
some kindness and some kinds of emotion but they will not be able to find the right kind of
treatment or the emotion that they need.
