Importance of Organizational Ethics and Inequality in Workplace

The main question in the article is analysis of the importance of organizational ethics
along with considering the implications of organization of the corporate ethics. The authors
are trying to focus mainly on the understanding of the ethics which is relating to the control
of the resistance among the different employees in the organization in an effective manner
which is clear and concise in nature.
The above question relating to the organizational ethics and the politics of resistance
to change among the different employees in the organization which is affecting the growth of
the organization in a negative manner. The organizational ethics are required to be designed
in such a manner which will be beneficial for the overall success of the firm. With qualitative
methodology, this helped the authors in answering the question efficiently.
The results were not in favor with the corporeal ethics as this was a self-focused
approach wherein the entire aspect was to create ethical relations in the organizations in the
different organizations. There was a dominant approach of the study of ethics along with
organizations in order to include ethicality within the bounds of organization in an effective
manner.
The topic was essential in nature as this provided a brief overview on the corporeal
ethics which is related to resistance to ethics and this helped in providing knowledge on the
ethical action along with corporeal generosity along with providing justification of the ethical
action and the usage in the organizations as well.
For instance- When I was working in the organization as an intern, there was no such
ethics which was being followed in the organization and this affected the morale of the

different employees working in the organization as well. This was being seen that one of my
peers was terminated without much notice which was against the law and this was unethical
in nature.
From the respective instance, this can be analyzed that in my opinion, business ethics
play a major role in the organizations. The ethical implications will reduce the political issue
and pressure and this affected this resistance among employees in the organization as well.
The strength of the article is that the entire discussion is that there was proper
explanation of the ethics which will be beneficial for the overall success of the firm.
On the other hand, weakness of the article was that it did not focus mainly on the
political resistance which is occurring in the different organizations in the present scenario.

The main aspect in the respective article is to discuss the overall experience of the
economic kind of inequality of the different badly workers in the Jute Mills of the
postcolonial state of Bangladesh. The analysis of the inequality which have affected the work
of the different workers have been described effectively. The concept is concise and precise
in nature wherein the economic inequality along with other economic entitlements have been
analyzed.
The question and aspect have been analyzed by the author and the problem was
being answered effectively in which the author tried to go in depth in order to understand the
major issues faced by the badly workers. It has been seen from the article is that the tasks
performed by badly workers are different and with limited kinds of economic entitlements.

The organizational approaches related to inequality have been taken into consideration which
helped in analyzing the regimes of the control in Bangladesh.
The author drew on different perceptions along with interpretations of the situation
of the Badli Workers. The author tried to discuss the different changes which can be taken
into consideration in the socio-economic status of the workers along with the work across the
different generations. This will help in increasing the overall efficiency along with cost
minimization technique which helped in managing the overall effectiveness.
With the implementation of the different changes, the results were effective in nature
which helped in removing the economic inequality and reduction in the social injustice
among the different individuals in the jute mills in Bangladesh. From the respective article,
this can be analyzed that inequality should be reduced from all the organizations which
helped in improving the overall scenario in the entire workplace.
For instance- I feel that proper equality is required to be provided to the different
employees working in the organization which will be helpful in managing the overall
effectiveness in an efficient manner. The social equality plays a major role in managing the
overall efficiency of the firm.
The major strength of the article is that it focused mainly on the different kinds of
inequality in the social status of the different individuals working in the organization. On the
other hand, the weakness is that the main focus was on the social inequality of the Badli
workers and this did not take care of the other aspects as well.

The respective article mainly focused on 21st century online, social movement along
with the Everyday Sexism Project. The main analysis was regarding the resistance against the
sexism which is entrenched, systematic along with institutionalized in the society. The author
tried to provide knowledge on contribution which helps in conceptualizing how the feminism
sexism can be controlled in the different organizations effectively. The article is clear and
concise in nature which provided a brief overview on the different addressing of ethical
along with political demands of the solidarity wherein the resurgent can be built effectively.
The above questions were answered in an effective manner by the author along with
the central importance was provided of the connection along with accountability between the
different people along with feminist infrapolitics which helped in managing the overall
efficiency in an efficient manner.
The results were not clear and concise in nature as there was no such use of the
different theories which helped in managing the overall efficiency of the different aspects in
an effective manner. The topic is not of that importance as there are other issues which are
being provided with central importance and these are being required to be reduced in an
appropriate manner. The overall results which were not efficient as the ESP website
discussed the major challenges which are required to be solved.
For instance- there are different kinds of sexism related issues in the different
organizations which will be difficult for handling the issues in a negative manner. The major
weakness of the article is related to the different kinds of political kind of mobilization which
affected the overall inefficiency in a negative manner. The ESP along with feminist
organizing and resistance are required to be valued which will help in managing the overall
efficiency of the firm and this will increase the morale of the employees in an efficient
manner.

The main question and the analysis in the article are relating to the enrichment of
the conceptualizing knowing body as the floating body wherein the epistemic value of the
bodily existence is sleeping and waking which are considered to be floating and intertwined.
The concept has been clear and concise in nature as the entire aspects of waking and sleeping
have been taken into consideration with the organizational practices such as sensory releases
along with sensory entanglement in the dreams.
The above question and aspect were investigated in an efficient manner with the
proper usage of the intertwined and floating body which engages in participating in onto-
epistemological stance and this provided with the implication of the management education
as well. The methods which were being used were ethnographic methods and materials in
which the floating between the different streams have been analyzed and mentioned
effectively.
The results were effective in analyzing the importance of the relationship between the
body along with socio-material environment wherein the waking and sleeping are being taken
as inner and fluid type of processes of the body in an efficient manner. The specific kinds of
observations which was being made was relating to the importance of the floating body on
the different kinds of relationships in the organizations.
With the implementation of organization theory, the entire analysis was done and
this is important to understand the importance of the relationship between the sleeping and
knowing body and the sleeping body helps in capturing slippery relationship between
walking and sleeping along with knowing highlights of the body in participating in different
organizational practices.

For instance- While I am working in an organization, this is essential for me to keep
a balance between knowing and floating body wherein waking means and highlights that I am
participating in different kinds of organizational practices, however sleeping on the other
hand denotes that I am not interested in performing the activities effectively.
From the above opinion, this can be analyzed that my opinion is relating to the
different kinds of emotions which play a major role in managing the different activities in an
effective manner. The major strength in the article is relating to the balance which have been
provided in the waking and sleeping along with the importance of the same in completion of
organizational activities.

The main questions in the respective article is relating to two issues which is related
to feminist issues: Firstly, how to hypothesize intersectionality wherein the main issue was
related to the mutual reproduction of the entire gender, class along with racial type of
relations and the other question is related to the identification of the different barriers in
creating equality in the overall workplace.
The author in the article is trying to investigate and develop the answer to both the
issues in such a manner which will help in analyzing the inequality regimes as the analytic
kind of approach which has helped the author in understanding and suggesting idea of the
inequality regimes and these are the different interlocked ideas along with the different
processes which will be helpful in reducing the different inequalities effectively without
much issues.

The author used the analytic approach in answering to both the questions as the
inequality regime has been treated as the analytical kind of approach which helped in
analyzing the different reasons for inequality in the work organizations. This can be seen that
inequality regimes are highly indifferent in different ways and the author tries to develop
conceptual type of strategy for analyzing mutual production of race along with inequalities
among the class in work organizations.
The results which were generated by the author is regarding the inequality in the
work place was the implementation of the inequality regimes which mainly focused on the
production of the different patterns of complex type of inequalities. However, this was being
seen that these kinds of patterns vary in different industries and this will create possibility of
reducing inequality in the organization as well. The usage of the feminist theory is being
taken into consideration which was effective in reducing the different issues in different
workplaces.
The importance of the topic is to understand the importance of equality which is
essential in the workplace. The feminist theory has helped in reducing the different
inequalities and people should study it as these have practical implications such as improving
the morale of the employees in the workplace. For instance- While I was working as an
intern in an organization, I faced inequalities as my boss used to favor the male employees
and this affected my morale in performing the activities efficiently. From this, it can be
analyzed that proper equality is mandatory to improve the work life culture.
The strength of the article was to analyze the importance of the equality in the
different organizations which helps in improving morale of the employees.
On the other hand, the author mainly focused only on the inequality in workplace and
not in the entire business environment which is ineffective in nature.
