organizations. Organization, 21(6), pp.782-796.
The main question in the article is analysis of the importance of organizational ethics
along with considering the implications of organization of the corporate ethics. The authors
are trying to focus mainly on the understanding of the ethics which is relating to the control
of the resistance among the different employees in the organization in an effective manner
which is clear and concise in nature.
The above question relating to the organizational ethics and the politics of resistance
to change among the different employees in the organization which is affecting the growth of
the organization in a negative manner. The organizational ethics are required to be designed
in such a manner which will be beneficial for the overall success of the firm. With qualitative
methodology, this helped the authors in answering the question efficiently.
The results were not in favor with the corporeal ethics as this was a self-focused
approach wherein the entire aspect was to create ethical relations in the organizations in the
different organizations. There was a dominant approach of the study of ethics along with
organizations in order to include ethicality within the bounds of organization in an effective
manner.
The topic was essential in nature as this provided a brief overview on the corporeal
ethics which is related to resistance to ethics and this helped in providing knowledge on the
ethical action along with corporeal generosity along with providing justification of the ethical
action and the usage in the organizations as well.
For instance- When I was working in the organization as an intern, there was no such
ethics which was being followed in the organization and this affected the morale of the

different employees working in the organization as well. This was being seen that one of my
peers was terminated without much notice which was against the law and this was unethical
in nature.
From the respective instance, this can be analyzed that in my opinion, business ethics
play a major role in the organizations. The ethical implications will reduce the political issue
and pressure and this affected this resistance among employees in the organization as well.
The strength of the article is that the entire discussion is that there was proper
explanation of the ethics which will be beneficial for the overall success of the firm.
On the other hand, weakness of the article was that it did not focus mainly on the
political resistance which is occurring in the different organizations in the present scenario.

The main aspect in the respective article is to discuss the overall experience of the
economic kind of inequality of the different badly workers in the Jute Mills of the
postcolonial state of Bangladesh. The analysis of the inequality which have affected the work
of the different workers have been described effectively. The concept is concise and precise
in nature wherein the economic inequality along with other economic entitlements have been
analyzed.
The question and aspect have been analyzed by the author and the problem was
being answered effectively in which the author tried to go in depth in order to understand the
major issues faced by the badly workers. It has been seen from the article is that the tasks
performed by badly workers are different and with limited kinds of economic entitlements.
