matrix structure is basically a combination that is used by large companies. It is the mixture that
is done of two or more kinds or varieties of organisational structures for conducting the
operations of company or organisations. It’s a way of arrangement done in business or
companies that set all the relationships related with authorities, reporting as well as
responsibilities. It sets the relationships in form of a grid, or even as a matrix, instead of the
hierarchy that was used in traditional way (Varshney, 2018). There are many advantages that will
be there if Omantel uses this management structure in company. Some of the benefits that it will
have are that it can have easy collaboration in between its different departments, it can even
