PART A
In general, aspect, leadership is one of the processes, which an executive applies to guide,
influence, and directs the behavior of the workers towards the fulfillment of the organizational
planned goals. Moreover, it is one of the ability of the manager to induce the subordinates
towards work with confidence and zeal (McCleskey, 2014). Similarly, on personal aspects when
I talk about my leadership style, I think I mainly possess the traits of transformational style of
leadership
As transformational style of leadership highlights about transforming or improving the
companies’ conventions in this, employees set their basic set of tasks and goals according to time
like for week, months but leader in this case keep on constantly pushing them outside of their
comfort zone. In this, I as a leader help employees by encouraging their morale, motivate, and
help them in developing. Along with this, I also help them in establishing and attaining the clear
values, priorities and ethical work environment. Moreover, such quality helps me to encourage
my entire team to move forward and from self-interest to the common goal. Along with this,
such leadership style also helps the entire team to enable cooperation and open communication
(Antonakis, & House, 2013).
I apply executive transparency while working with my team as such aspect give chance to
get their head out of the details and remind them of the big picture. As due to this, employees
share the information what they think and then larger mechanics of the projects are taken into
consideration so that further actions aren’t as mysterious. Other than this, I also inspire and
motivate teams by their behavior and actions by involving them in the planning and decision
process. As such aspects makes them feel important and the part of the organization. Lastly, I
also give them the flexibility, which helps them in seeking creativity inputs, which further helps
the organization to generate greater performance in long run (Herman, & Chiu, 2014).
As it is always seen that great leadership begins with the person not with the position, as
it explains that before to lead other, one has to know how to manage themselves. Leadership is
not for the position aspect it is the set of disciplines and behavior, which an individual practices,
by being in leadership position. Hence, first and the foremost fundamental aspect is self-
discipline (García-Morales, Jiménez-Barrionuevo, & Gutiérrez-Gutiérrez, 2012).

Moreover, it is seen that every effective leader requires courage, a lot of courage, which
mainly depicts strength of heart to tackle every issues, which are raised within the system of
organization. Other than this, I will never lose the power as it is said that great leader use their
power, energy for people teams and organization by giving it to team members. As such aspect
empowers others, hence, stronger and more effective the leader and the team become. Lastly, for
every leader creating stability and drive changing aspect is the most important aspect. As such,
factor helps in continuous change and improvement. This makes the employees to share their
values, which gives people the meaningful identity beyond the role (Northouse, 2018).
Lastly, in this concern leader it is seen that leaders will never ignore listening aspect
along with the effective communication. As such, aspects make the situation easy to understand;
moreover, it also highlights the respecting and giving attention to them. Other than, this great
leadership is all about the level of influence not the particular level of authority. As in most the
organization it is seen that employees fallows leader first and then to the vision of organization.
Hence, it is leaders’ duty to make them responsible towards vision, goals by giving authority
(Fritz, & Van Knippenberg, 2018).
Thirdly, the effect of the beliefs on leadership roles takes many shapes, as it is seen that
religion serves as the background of ethic, values and morals and such essence of religion helps
in guiding the spiritual beliefs and personal beliefs. It is seen that leaders who are high on self-
interest are categorized as pseudo- transformational. Personal beliefs generate the higher self-
enhancement values, which majorly affects the transformational leadership.
Other than this, when the person high on spirituality, they are not much towards the
success and the position of the power as defined by the societal norms and also not high over the
probability of emerging as a transformational leader. Hence, it states that, high on self-
transcendence and spirituality or they are merely interested in self-enhancement are not at all
considered as effective leaders and thus it badly influences the performance of the employees or
the subordinates.
Key experience, which I have faced to know my leadership style highlights that I majorly
focus on identifying and nurturing the skills of my team members to make them work more
committed so that the organizational goals can be accomplished along with the team goals.

Moreover, I also focused on improving the strength of the team members to develop the strong
team and efficiently achieve the objectives of the company.
Other than this, facing the calculative risk or a person having a ability to take the right
risk helps in turning on to be a transformational leader. Similarly, in my case, team was right
behind my me and was willing to do research which is necessary to evaluate the situation
appropriately. There I seek inputs for the team and made risky decisions in order to facilitate
growth personally as well as at organizational level.
PART –B
Recent it is seen that most of the organization are facing the leadership issues, which
further needs to various solutions. As, there are numerous organization and the imperfect CEOs
and the leaders which further gets converted into the great leaders and also runs the successful
business due to the certain adoption of the techniques which makes or run the business better.
Recent I have come across many companies, from that one of the well-known Australian
company named as easy jet, which is the one of the finest company all because of the McCall a
lady leader who handle all the grievances and loopholes within the organization. Similarly, it was
seen that inside there were many complexities such as ineffective communication, lack of
alignment, lack of clear vision to employees, a company’s culture and lastly, poor execution
within the system effects both the leader who leads and the organization as whole. Further to all
such issues, McCall a finest leader molds the techniques and convert the entire organization in
better position. Moreover, McCall applied talent aspect in which she thinks of placing the right
people for the right job or work within the organization. By knowing their potential, she build the
high performance team who has a right set of skills and qualities which helps both the
organization as well as team to performance better.
By the adoption of transformation style of leadership McCall thinks of integrity in which
leaders needs to be open and accessible, have a clear vision and confidence to take tough
decisions in order to avoid further issues which are about to arise within the organization and in
between team members. So she think of opting an integrity aspect and playing it straight an
being completely honest which helps in leading the greater results within the organization. Last,

McCall believes in resilience as it helps all the leaders to keep going and further helps in
generating success for the longer period (Sandler, 2014).
Issues, which are targeted within the company, Easy jet, mainly highlights about the
ineffective communication within the system and among the employees. As such, ineffective
communication leads to the disturbance within the system and majorly affects the outcomes
given by the employees. Moreover, one to one communication, group communication meetings
can make it simple for organization to generate more success.
Another issue, which was highlighted within the McCall easy jet, was, at initial there was
not enough guidance to the employees for the working aspect. But then later McCall used the
transformational style of leadership in which she played a role of role model and inspire them
more towards work and helps them to improve their as well as organizational performance in
long run. She transformed herself from boss to role model and tends to inspire the entire team
towards effective workings so that it benefits the organization in long run (Adler, & Osland,
2016).
According to my leadership philosophy, it mainly comprises of various core principles,
which will helps me to govern the actions. According to my philosophy, I consider certain
principles such as getting right people at the right job, define the objectives and goals. In the
above-defined problem I would sure adopts the effective communication aspect, which helps in
communicating easily and the flow of the work will be much lighter than before and hence, such
aspect leads to the good working environment within the organization.
Other than this, to deal with the employees I will set goal or target for each employee
which helps them in giving directions and purpose. Hence, due to this, all employees will with
diligence and efforts and leads to the fulfillment of the organizational goals. Along with this,
goal-setting aspect also helps in regulating and easy monitoring their progress towards achieving
them.
Another aspect, which I as a leader would adopt, is thinking of the various solution and
strategies to make employees work more efficiently and dedicatedly. Likewise, to motivate
employees monetary and non-monetary recognition to be giving to employees as it is easy to

implement and majorly affects the performance of the employees as well as organization in long
run (Rolfe, 2011).
Lastly, the key aspect of leadership success is to effectively delegate the responsibilities
and authority for getting things done well within the organization. Hence, I will delegate
responsibilities according to employees’ talent and according to their specialization. As this will
generally makes the working within the organization better than usual and hence helps in
improving the relation along employees. Moreover, such aspect also helps in developing the
employees’ confidence and their working skills, which benefits both the organization as well as
employees in long-term perspectives (Krishnan, 2012).
Hence, from the above essay we can conclude that leadership is one of the most
important and the finest approach adopted by organization. As this aspect not only helps the
leader to lead in the organization but is also benefits the employees who can get inspire and work
accordingly to generate more success and passion towards work.
