ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR2 Title: relationship with self Scenario: Margot Week 4 Rationale This scenario is about a child who has issues adapting to child care after her mother has returned to work. She is struggling to adapt to the caregiver. This scenario is focusing on the theory of behaviorism. This refers to a situation of the understanding the behavior of individuals (Watson, 2017). The purpose of this is to know how they react to a particular change. This is to be able to be able to bring change in a way that individuals do not resist it. The child in this scenario is having trouble adapting to the caregiver that her mother brought her since she returned to work. This can be evident in the sense that she has refused to eat or do anything active in the presence of the caregiver, but all other activities and also playing with other children is okay with her. The theory of changing routine is therefore applicable in this scenario. The wrong method was applied as the mother was transiting the child from her care to that of the caregiver. The outcome of this is that the child is recanting the transition. The resource that would be most applicable here is an introduction of a particular item such as a toy a child can play with. The reason as to why the child is refusing to eat is
ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR3 because she feels she's not in a safe environment. She feels she's not safe. Purpose of bringing a toy is so as for ensuring the child thinks that she's in a safe environment .after the child identified she's in a safe environment she will quickly adapt to being around the caregiver. This resource should be applied as the parent is leaving. This is the best time because as you bring in the toy while the parents are going the child is still feeling safe because of the mother being present. When the child gets used to the new tool, she will now think that both the parent and the toy plus the caregiver playing with the toy are all friendly. This will result in a very swift transition because even if the mother leaves the child will still feel safe because in the routine of development she was introduced to a new safer environment. This resource is identifiable to positive behavior management of methods during the transition. The habits of change should be applied in the transition stage of a child to bring a sense of comfort to the child .when the right routine of using a toy so that the child feel safe was applied the child was able to handle comfortable and adapted to the caregiver. This shows behaviorism is supported by using good routine. If you understand behavior first before you apply the change and then implement that change in the right routine the process of transition will be efficient according to Baum (2017). This is because you will have understood the best way to introduce that change. Title: relationship with others
ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR4 Scenario: Janine Week 4 Rationale This scenario was about Janine. The problem was she's having a problem creating a relationship with others. This is caused by the fact that her father was helping her cousins, so she feels left out. This is the reason as to why she's failing to have a good relationship with others at school. The principle this resource is focusing on is humanism. This refers to a situation whereby a child physiological needs such as good care are not fulfilled entirely because of some change in your family. ( Pilisuk and joy,2014).This can be due to divorce, adopting another child and many other issues. This can result in turning your anger onto others at school. This theory is seen in this scenario. When Janine's uncle and aunt separated, her father stepped up to help them; this caused Jennies to feel left out. This is because some of the needs that she was being given before are not met fully because her father has other responsibilities. This results in her having a bad relationship with her friends and teachers. The resource that is most suitable in this scenario is trying to learn and maintain the relationship. This is a situation whereby one seeks to understand one's relationship with others and why it has changed and what can be done to maintain that relationship. This particular resource can be applied when the child is in a happy mood. This is to avoid the child having a negative attitude and in result lead to creating more humanism problem. This can also be done at home because it is the environment in which the child is best comfortable

ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR5 in getting the best physiological love. This can bring a solution to the problem because you will be able to find out what the problem is. This will result in the father fulfilling her physiological needs in a balanced way. This will lead to the child feeling loved. This will, in turn, change her relationship with her friends solving the solution. This will also make the child feel reconnected with her father as before and cause her to change her attitude. This solution will be applied when the child has just come out of school, taken a shower and relaxed. When the child is relaxed and is a happy mood and as you are reading her a bedtime story you start trying to find out the problem. This will lead to you knowing the problem and the best solution you will apply to improve your relationship. This is comparable to the concept of personal and social capability. This is a positive behavioral concept of understanding oneself and also understanding others. The importance of this behavior is to be able to know what problems others may have and what can be done to solve this problem .it also tries to show us the importance of relating with others and we should treat others well. The scenario showed once the father understood the child he was able to improve the relationship. This also resulted in the child leading to changing her social relationship. This showed understanding a child's behavior can have a significant impact on their social relations according to Zipf(2016). Title: Relationship with the curriculum Scenario: Bertie
ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR6 Week; 5 Rationale This scenario describes a kid named Bertie. He has excellent communication skills and also very good at science. The problem comes in when he is not social and does not want to associate with other kids. He is refusing to be social in any capacity. The principle in this scenario is collaboration. This refers to a situation of doing an activity together or working together. Cooperation in this scenarios is lacking. This can is evident when Bertie chooses to partake in his activities alone. Such as the pencil and the paper activities. The resource that is used to solve this problem is referred to as using social, cultural theory. This is a situation whereby working as a group according to Sorokin(2017) This is very important; it is the best type of learning as you will be able to learn more. This will help in improving social skills; it helps that as you are undertaking a particular activity, you can relate with others and build social relationships. It usually makes social skills because as you were conducting that activity, you can connect as you share your ideas. The social skills gained here will help in improving your collaboration activities. This is because this experience will show you the need to relate to people and that need will enhance wanting to do your event as a group.
ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR7 This resource can be introduced in a collaborative science activity. This is chosen because it is what he likes. Therefore, he will have the interest of doing this activity. You can also try and make him understand that working as a group on the activity is very good and it makes one learn more activities. This will result in Bertie having to collaborate with others because he is involved in an activity that he loves and he would not want to miss it. This will cause him to relate to his friends. His friends will then use the theory of social culture to make him learn good behaviors. He will also learn how to associate with friends. The result of this activity will then improve his social skills, he will want to draw with his friends because he will want to learn more this will enable him to apply his knowledge with others in ideas with others, this will thus help him in improving his curriculum activities with his friends . This activity can be compared to the behavioral pattern of the importance of social relationships. Social relationships will assist in learning more ideas and also sharing more thoughts with your friends. This was also in the resource as Bertie was able to engage with his friends as they were doing the activity he was able to want to share knowledge with his friends. The advantage of social relationship is therefore seen in his changing collaboration on his curriculum activities (Lewis, 2017).

ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR8 Title: enabling learning environment Scenario: Michael Week: 6 Rationale This describes a scenario concerning a kid known as Michael. Michael has an illness condition. His condition has to be treated at hospital meaning he has to miss school. This results to him not relating with his peers. This has caused him to be resentful because of lack of association with most of the community. This scenario-focused on theories such as the importance of socialization; socialization is the situation whereby you can associate with your age-mates take to them, work with them and also play games with them. Lack of this socialization skills can bring problems and cause you to change your attitude, and you do not want to associate with others (Ely & Gleason,2017). This can be observed in our scenario whereby Michael is not able to socialize with his friends. This makes Michael feel very lonely. This, in turn, changes his behavior due to a lack of association. This can be seen whereby he has become resentful. This is due to a lack of socialization. The resource of solving this problem that can be applied here can be ways such as the use of online methods such as the internet to maintain a connection; there should also be a focus on easy transition once he comes back to class. The purpose of online
ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR9 methods will help you in continued socialization. An easier transition will help avoid resentment The idea of online interactions can be enhanced while Michael is getting his treatment. He can interact with the classroom using video conference. He can chat using social media such as Facebook while under medication. This will help him continue socializing with friends even though he will still be at home. This will help him reduce the fear of him feeling alienated from his friends and help him connect with his community. When Michael is coming to school after getting the treatment, he should be welcomed by all by his friends. This will help him feel loved by friends and not feel alone. This will have an outcome of that he will to resent to his friends and will accept socializing with them. This focuses on various theories such as always putting the social relationship before academics. The importance of this if you can relate with students it will make your studies easier as you will be able to socialize This can be seen due to lack of socialization (Herrington, Reeves& Oliver,2014) Michael was recent to his studies. There is also focuses on humanism. You must be able to feel your physiological needs met; this will help avoid resentment. This can be seen whereby Michael due to lack of socialization, he was not feeling loved, one of his physiological needs was not satisfied this would lead to him recently most of his peers. This emphasizes the importance of having physiological needs satisfied.
