INTRODUCTION
Organization culture and motivation is essential for team work development and behaviour
improvement of employee because they are key aspects for business growth and expansion of new
opportunities with their efficient work performance (Purwanto, Nursalam and Sukartini, 2020).
Primark is all above fashion retail industry in UK. They have so many store and online service as well.
This study will provide information about team work efficiency and individual performance effectiveness
development with application of theories and concepts.
MAIN BODY
Organization culture and motivation influence individual behaviour and team work performance
Business culture effectively manages by motivation, skill development, impressive and polite
communication, decision-making with employee potential and many more. Application of motivational
tools for employee like rewards, benefits, safety, security of family members, individual, increment and
many more. Primark industry is all above retail industry and they have huge team of employee for their
performance improvement for business activity development. They have responsibility to engage right
motivational tools for performance improvement (Sutia, Riadi and Fahlevi, 2020).
Work culture can be also managed by when human resource department, leader, senior
management provide clear information and they understand employee situation which is also great term
or motivation. Right motivation and positive motivation is only develop when leader and business top
management takes initiative and develop culture that every individual feel motivated and engage with
higher efficiency.
Organization culture and motivational theories
Human resource management theory: This theory is clearly provide information that firstly identify
which things employee really wants and they have interest in specific field or not. Next thing is to
implement worker satisfaction, informal practices etc. Consideration of these techniques makes higher
efficiency in business workflow. It also includes understanding development activity within people and
resolves their problems for smooth environment and work culture development.
