Introduction Organization Behaviour is a general term that is focuses on the activities, individuals and the group behaviours in an organization. The study of the OB is to create an environment in an organization which is more efficient that every employee can work freely. The central study of the OB is to see if the scientific approaches can be applied in organizational management to give an output that is able to meet the organizational goals and satisfy customer needs (Luthans, et. al., 2015). Theories in an organizational are used by the HR to stabilize the output of individual employeesforanorganization.Organizationalbehavioursareexplainedinvarietiesof philosophies and models. The areas under which the organizational behaviour is studied is how it canimprovejobperformance, promotingorganizationalinnovation, increasingemployees satisfaction and finally encourage a good leadership in an organization. Achieving organizational goals is demanding of which organizational Managers tries to adopt different kinds of tactics such as changing the compensation structures, reorganizing organizational groups and also changing how the organizational performance are evaluated to see the progress of the company. This study will base on the Bestway Company. The company has adopted an inclusive organizational leadership that has made it the most popular organization in UK and Pakistan. Bestway Company have invested heavily on the cement, pharmacy and banking sector because of good leadership and management. Coordination in an organization is well and the company is heavily growing and diverting business activities in other countries.
Task1 P1. Analyze how organization’s culture, politics and power can influence individual and team behavior and performance. The Bestway organisation power, politics have greater influence on the organizational culture and they can hamper the performance of the organization negatively. Power and politics are not needed in an organizational culture because they have bad influence of workers and that interferes with the organizational performance (Nelson, et. al., 2012). They can change the behaviours of the individuals in an organization and in the real sense they affect the outcomes of the decision that an organization is intending to make. In my understanding, organizations are structured within the common goals which they are working towards perusing so that they can achieve those goals. The study by some scholars said that organizational conflicts can rise due to lack of the trust freedom for workers. The differences that come in the organization are of different values since workers are people of different interests; they have different goals and ambition for an organization. However, the interests can serve the goals of an organization or they can serve personal needs of employees and employers. Conflicts in an organization or where many people are gathered for the common goal is unavoidable and prevalent of which an organization cannot diminish as long as the organization contains people. The study by the pluralist showed a conflict as a temporary stumbling block for the success of an organization. Marxism said that in society there are fundamental of powers and politics differences and it is not easy to escape such (Pereira, et. al., 2017). Therefore, the conflict in an organization where people are performing in the name of achieving the same target cannot be avoided. Power is a capacity of an individual or people that they can use to influence or change the activities that are carried out by other members of the organization. The main problem in an organization is when one individual emphasizes power based on the interest and not regarding

the objectives of an organizational existence. The two are interconnected and one can take position of the other if keenness is not taken in an organizational activities. In an organization, power comes in when there is a conflict to set a medium of conflict resolution within an organization. Power gives an influence on the works behaviours in an organization. Failure to impose power with someone would bring a tough moment when the conflict a rises because nobody would bring in the agreement between the employees who differs in opinions. Powers in an organization do come from different sources such as coercive power, expert powers, reward powers, legitimate powers, financial powers, centrally powers; dependency powers etc. power influences the organizational activities in various ways. Power is accumulated in the hands of those whose activities in an organization are connected with the control of rare assets and central possibilities. Power helps in saving organization from the hands of those who do not have the interest of the organization at their hearts (Schermerhorn, 2012). Cultures of an organization are the key drives which the organizational objectives are based on. Culture of an organization includes the organizational rules and regulations, the manner I which the organization wants their activities to get performed, mode of tires in an organization, and all the wills and need that organization wants in order to realize their objectives. Culture is set as a mirror that guides every member of an organization. Culture of the organization is always influenced by the surroundings of the organization. That is to mean the environment which is the society and the nature of the environment. Performance of organization is influenced by the culture in the sense that if the culture of the organization is not something that favors the will of employees then they will be so reluctant to perform the tasks of an organization and that can influenced the organizational performance. Some of the culture is influenced by religion factors while others are influenced by the traditional factors. A successful organization is the one that
involve employees in setting out the organizational cultures so that everyone works towards achieving the same goals and objectives of an organization. Politics in an organization are those bargaining in the organization that helps to solve the difference. Politics in an organization is known as a negotiator and is pervasive and endemic in the company in the sense that hard feelings of the individuals and groups can be solved via politics in an organization. Politics can be of use for an organization or it can scramble the relationships of the workers in an organization (French, 2011). When organization uses politics to bring in a change that can helps the organization in terms of meeting their goals and it can be negative if the people are using politics to oppose the progress of an organization. Organization that uses politics positively like Bestway Company builds and promotes organizational values and Morales among the employees. Political arguments in an organization have got different domains which are inter -departmental coordination structural changes, management succession and organizational resource allocation. Politics do come in when an organization is set to make strategic decisions of an organization. These decisions are not known and politics are used to help to bring in opinions and the power will be used to resolve the disagreements due to organizational politics.
M1. Critically analyze how the culture, politics and power of your organization can influence individual and team behavior and performance. The culture of the people in an organization varies. This is because organization contains a group of people from different background. Culture determines the leadership of an organization. Culture will decide on how the leadership will operate in an organization since the organizational value is set on the basis of culture. The organizational culture is a combination of organizational values, organizational behaviors and organizational beliefs. The behaviors of the employees are determined by the tools that are used in performing organizational activities. These behaviors of the employees and responsibilities of the workers will always influence their general behaviors. Powerisakeydrivetoorganizationalactivitiesinthesensethatpowercancontrol organizational activities and power can solve the problems that exists in an organization. The person with coercive power can solve the problems of an organization by directing, and controlling the activities case employees are too reluctant to perform the responsibilities that are bestowed in them. Financial power is the power of money whereby any person who is financial stable has (Erbasi, 2017). The owner and the management of an organization has the financial power since all the assets belong to them and therefore they influence how they want employees to carry out their business activities in support to their wishes. There are quite number of powers in an organizational and each power is working towards enabling an organization to meet their set objectives for the reason of realizing organizational objectives since all the intention is to meet the needs of the company in response to the rules, regulations and the desired goals. Politics is a game of talking in an organization. Politics is another key drive on how the organization can prosper(Borkowski,2016).Politicisbasedontheargumentswhicharecarriedinthe organization. These arguments can be of the goodness of the organization or they can be of the negative aspect of the organizational achievements. The arguments depend on the relationships

which the organization has with employees. Some of the employees would want a good and development for the company while others might be opposing the growth of the company. Depending on the side, the argument can benefit the organization or the argument can lead to the destruction of an organization. Due to politics in the organization, management of the company decides to make decisions.Interdepartmental politics is such kind of politics where the departments of organization differ in their opinions. The opinions could be of good for the organization or it can be opinions that destroy the missions that have been set to enable organizational achieve their goals.Management succession is a kind of politics whereby organizational employees differ in terms of the next management of the organization. The person succeeds in management can be a person who has employees in heart and emphasizes on the growth and development of the organization. such kind of the management are always a positive for the organization while on the other hand the succession management could be of the interest of individuals and groups but not for the interest of the company and that is a negative politics which can lead to fall down of the organization (Beugré, 2018).Therefore, politics in the organization can save the organization or can make the organization to fall down. Coordination structural change is a politic which coming due to how the structure of the organization can be formed so that an organization can be carries its responsibilities successfully.
Task2 P2. Evaluate how content and process theory of motivation and motivational techniques enable effective achievements of goals in an organizational context. The content theory is a theory that is explained in the David McClelland and Abraham Maslow which states that human needs are growing systematically as the person’s income increases. The content explains the reason as to why human needs changes in their life. Abraham said that human being needs the physical motivation first. That need is the basic one because without life other things are not worthy. At that level human being needs food, clothes and shelters in order to keep their life. Safety follows the need of food. This is because people need to be free from any forms of threats and danger that may affect them in life. After that people they will require social needs. This is now the need to have a partner that can keep you busy. It then followed by the need to be attached somewhere. That is belonging at somewhere. Then the esteem needs will be the next ones the social needs are met. Finally, the need for actualization such that people can get all the belongings that they desired for life. The needs are the mirrors that govern people of the organization to work tirelessly so that they can achieve all these needs as organization achieve its goals. While some of the researchers sees the motivation as something beyond just needs as the process explains it. Therefore the process based theory views motivation as a rational process whereby individuals need to evaluate their environment and give out their thoughts regarding the environments and what motivates them in their environment (Downes, et. al., 2017). Therefore human being and employees of the organization requires the environment to determine their desires. Above all people get motivated in a systematic manner in that ones they achieve one process, they will require to get in to the next level of life. Because the needs of life changes from one step to the next, it then motivates people to work towards their desired life and therefore organizational goals can be achieved if individuals of in an organization tend to work
towards achieving their desires as explained by Abraham Maslow theory of people’s needs in life. The desire for what one person needs motivate him/her to work more and more so that he/she can achieve it. As the person keeps working for an achievement, organizational vision becomes real.

M2. Critically evaluate how your organization influences the behavior of others through effective application of behavioral motivational theories, concept and models. Organization can influence the behaviors of others by setting an achievable goals and giving out motivations towards employees of the organization. Motivation inspires the actions of employees towards performance and achievement of the organizational goals. Leaders of the organizations can create a successful teamwork through motivating the best performing employees in their organizations. Motivation is a centre of influence through which employees are inspired with what the leadership offers them and that enables them to work even more hard in order to build the success of the organization (Luthans, et.al. 2015).Motivating people requires underrating of what the people desires most, what can make them get committed towards working to achieve what they want. Not everyone who work is basically to earn in terms of cash, however, people have got different things that motivate them and that makes them work in an organization. Some quick examples of other factors that can motivate people are: some people work to get sense of achievements, recognition of ability, learning and growth, stimulating work, promotion, feeling to be part of the organizational success and finally responsibility and empowerment in their field of professionals. Theories of motivation have been expressed by the gurus and they came to conclusion that people get motivated for different thing.
D1. Critically evaluate the relationship between culture, politics, power and motivation that enables teams and your organization to succeed, providing justified recommendations. Culture, politics and power are all inclusive in the success of the organization. An organization is an entity and requires policies and regulations that can help in the success of the organization. Organization contains workers and the success of the workers requires the coordination and the unity so that every department can work towards achieving their objectives. To begin with, culture sets a good objective of an organization and through culture employees can know what is expected from them. Therefore, culture sets the pace through which the power can work. Powers bestowed on the management of an organization is pegged on the culture of the organization. For an organization to achieve its desired goals their needs the opinions and these opinions come from employees which differ in opinions (Arvinen-Muondo & Perkins, 2013).Therefore, politics will be involved so that an organization can achieve a stable culture that can be guided by powers to ensure that no conflict in the company.
Task 3 P3. Demonstrate an understanding of what makes an effective team, as opposed to an ineffective team. An effective team in an organization is made by many things. The team that can be referred to us effective in an organization is that team which carries the duties of an organization effectively and ensures that organization is achieving its goals. This team is built by commitment towards employees and ensuring that employees are the first priority in an organization. Effective teams is built on the discussion that is pegged on the matters that affects an organization and the conflicts in these discussions are healthy ones that introduce the creativities and changes in the ideas before they reach into organizational conclusions (Schermerhorn,2012). These effective teams reorganize the fight among themselves as a ways of creating rooms for good opinions that come in for the benefits of the organization. Here are things that happen in an effective team; Open discussions- members are free to discuss the views and contribute to the group and make reasonable discussions. On the other hands, these members are good listeners and they are capable of learning from the other group members. Doing research in decision making that can convince members of the organization by logical arguments, rather than voting which members do not know what is right and what is wrong for the success of an organization (Schermerhorn, 2012). Using situational leadership- an organization can hire different people to peruse organizational tasks. These people may decide to apply different tactics in ensuring that organization realizes its objectives. It doesn’t matter how they use their leadership styles but it matters when the organization achieving the same task that is meant for it.

Ineffective groups do take the first points that have been brought to the table and make final decisions without scrutinizing the issue into details so that they can get the idea behind the issue. The task then can be achieved quickly without considering the cause. So the process is based on the symbols and not the cause of actions that have been taken for the success. The process is characterized by; Lack coordination and common objective so the environment is full of tension-these tensions will letter leads to war between the groups members of which conflict of interest will take place. No one is willing to listen to what the other party is telling the rest of the team (Tai, 2017). Decision making is by voting of which the minority who had an idea on the best ways in which theycancarrythetaskcannotwintomakeanorganizationalasuccessplace. These characteristics of the effective members of the organization and how decisions are being done is based on some ideas hence those characteristics are the guide drive that makes the effective team to make a successful organization and ineffective team will not make decisions which are viable and constructive to the objectives of an organization.
M3. Analyze relevant team and group development theories to support the development of Dynamic Corporation. The group and team development for the success of an organization goes through various processes. The first process is life cycle process of change as the unfolding of linear stages for an organization to realize their full time performance. The process will go in circular manner within the group (Luthans, et. al., 2015). Technological model describes how the organization forms a purposeful movement towards their objectives and goals as a team or as a group of people. Dialectical see a change as a process that is coming from the conflict between the individuals but will later come into terms with each other.Evolutionary is a change that comes after a serious repetition of the revolution processes. The changes come to an organization with time.
Task4 P4. Apply concepts and philosophies of OB within an organizational context and given business situation The philosophies of an organization is based on the concepts of an organization that will make the organization meets their objectives. These are leadership styles- the organizational prosperity is based on the way in which the leaders are carrying out their tasks. Being leaders is different from being a manager. Leadership should act by demonstrating what the employees of an organization should be doing in terms of promoting the growth and developments of an organization. The concept should value the importance of the employees in an organization. By bringing team of an organization together, the business will perform very well and that will lead to the profit generation of which everyone starts an organizational with an objective of making profit and ensuring that the organization grows. Productivity can come and that is the basic concept of an organization. But the challenge faces organizations due to team leaders. The path goal theory therefore explains how the leaders should ensure that they build strong relationships intheorganizationforthepurposeofbenefitingorganizationintermsofgrowthand development (Soukup, et. al., 2018). The team leader should do that by empowering the team members, increasing the member’s motivation by rewarding the best performing members, and satisfactionbyorganizationalmemberssothattheycangeneratemoreincomeforan organization. There are other theories which explain just the concept of building the trust of employees with the organization. These are social capital theories, contingency theory. They explain the good behaviours that should adopted in the organization so that every organizational tasks can be performed without any fear.

M4. Justify and evaluate a range of concepts and philosophies and how they inform and influence behavior in both positive and negative ways. An organizationalsuccessispegged on a numberof philosophiesthatwould drivethe organizational objectives towards realizing their objectives. These can be the missions which are short term tactics that organization is using to help it meet their long term objectives. The short term objectives are measurable and can be changed if the organization realizes that it does not drivethemtowardstheirgoals(Arvinen-Muondo&Perkins,2013).Theorganizational objectives, these can be the main reasons as to why an organization is started. Some can be started for various purposes but the most important thing is to know if an organization is achieving their objectives as per the plan. Every task that an organization takes can help in the success of an organization of failure depending on how the management uses the philosophies that drives the organization towards their vision.
D2. Analyze and evaluate the relevant of team development theories in the context of OB concepts and philosophies that influence behavior in the work place. Organizations are developed through various different states. The first stage is forming whereby each and every person in an organization is still dependent. Everyone finds their ways but they operate on their own. People still finds their size, each other up and seeking to know why they are in that given organization. Storming- in this case people sees themselves as part of the organization, they are still challenging organizational decisions. In this case, the conflict is still on because people are still not getting along with each other very well. Norming- this is the stage whereby team members are starting coming together, they share values and opinions. They develop processes and establish the ground for the organization so that an organization can start generating income. There is a sense of growth for an organization and therefore developments can be realized. Performing- this is the stage of development. At this stage, the performance of organization is realized and delivered through people who are working effectively and in the team. This is the stage where organization can stand and see the effort of every member of an organization. This model was developed by Tuckman and it helps the organization and people to understand that team is evolving. For a team to become stable it has to pass through various stages of difficulties. This model makes the people to see team building as a process that requires time and energy. Even though, some team developments may loop around the development. The process is good for development of the teams however; some teams do not find it smooth to make it up to the point of success (Beugré, 2018).
Conclusion This can be concluded that organisation behaviour plays a critical role in the working of the business. Different kinds of power are involved of which they all important in order to achieve the goals of the company. There is an expert power which influences the production of goods and services. Good products need good experts while poor products will come as results of poor experts. Coercive power on the other hand is that power bestowed in the person that be used to influence the general activities of an organization. Other than that, should assess the progress they made and see if changes are needed or the organization can continue to apply the same method as long as the method is working towards achievement of organizational objectives.
