INTRODUCTIONThe term organization behaviour is very important in order to keep all businessoppression in the effective manner. This term is veryhelpful in order to understand the politics, policies and culture of the organization. The firmculture is very helpful in order to recognize the various kind of the factors like vision, mission,system and values of the enterprise. With the help of this all kind of activities can beimplemented effectively. The present report is focusing on the activities of the Hilton. They needto take various innovation process so that customer can attract the large number of the cutomres.The manager or human resource manager of the organization is taking various effective step inorder to promote business activities, with the help of this organization can promote more growthand development. In this manner this assignment has focused on various kind of the activitieslike power. Culture, theory of motivational and etc. so that each worker can perform theiractivities in the coordinated manner.LO 1P1 Description on the identifying the organization culture in Hilton enterprise.There are basically four kinds of the culture which has been defined by the CharlesHandy. In this manner the business enterprise is need to be categorized into four elements are astask, power, role and power culture. It assists the employees in analyzing the reason so that theyare able to carry the business operation effectively in this way they can able to feel comfortable.This model has to give their major consideration on the culture, this kind of concept is defined inthe following manner are as-Power culture- This kind of the culture is also known as the spider web. It is considered as thespider web in this all the middle and lower level manager has the power and authority in order totake the business decision effectively. The decision and various kind of the strategy is need to beformulated by the top-level managers. The top-level manager has direct contact with the middlelevel of manager so that they are able to carry the business function effectively. They have tototally dependent on the skills and abilities of the person.Power- This is usually attracted those workers who are having high power and political mind.This kind of function is very helpful in order to attract the large number of buyers in the market.1
Influences- in this it can be true to said that this kind of the civilization is getting largelyinfluenced by the individual and group of the people those who are working at the lower level.In case of the Hilton the culture and working of the company is much influenced by themanagement. This kind of activities are having great impact on the organization culture.Role culture- The business enterprise is categorized and distinguish on the basis of thefunctionality and specialty. In this kind of the firm there is high degree of standardization andformulation in the market. In this the main part is to communication and coordination betweenemployees so that all unit can carry the business function effectively.Power- The position is the major source of power. Person power is lower as compare to theexpert power.Influence- Employees working in the business enterprise are getting much influenced by thepower of gained market.In Hilton the human resource manager is responsible for framing the various kind of policies,procedures and the code of conduct. In the other words these are those persons who areaccountable for maintaining and promoting culture.Task culture- This is also referred as oriented culture.
