INTRODUCTION
Organizational behaviour is the process which relates upon interacting over behavioural
patterns that are present within an organization. The concept deals upon various perspective
which impacts behavioural perspectives of an organization. Under the perspective organizations
internal working is affected due to various perspectives of performance of business.
Organizational behaviour has its roots embedded over long time period. Further, the selected
organization for the report is Royal Dutch Shell which is an British multinational oil organization
having its headquarters in London, UK. The organization established in year 1907 and has been
operating on large scale. This report covers about influence of culture, politics and power on
organizational behaviour. Also analysis is done towards concept of motivation within individual
and team members for achieving goals set by an organization. The research is based over
cooperation in effective way.
MAIN BODY
P1 The way in which culture, politics and power impact on individual and team behaviour and
performance
Level of culture
The level of culture within an organization is based over denoting about cultural presence
within an organization. The level has been obtained by business entity which is based over
various kinds of employees which is based over various sections present within society. This is
top level management required over actions relates with managing culture within short period of
time(Imafidon and Imafidon, 2021). The Royal Dutch Shell over multinational organization level
of culture presenting over various intensity over managing by taking necessary action for
developing culture and practices. In order to provide detail understanding over culture Handy's
model of culture has been explained as follows:
Handy's model of culture
The model is based over organizational culture that has been helping upon determining
about different perspectives of culture present within an organization. There are three main
stages covered within model and has been helping in determining about different cultures within
an organization. These stages of model in relation over Royal Dutch Shell has been discussed as
follows:

Power culture- This is based over dominating kinds of culture within an organization as
power should take decision within an organization that is presented in hands of an
individual (Khaola and Rambe, 2020). It makes culture with superiority playing and
managing of organizational development possible.
Task culture- Task culture is based over practices that has been developing task and
activities based upon functioning of organization. This is based over focusing upon roles
and responsibilities of employees making development possible upon making business
growth possible.
Person culture- This is based over various kinds of cultural practices over Royal Dutch
Shell which is related upon specific personality of an organization. In this culture is based
over developing employee with negative impact over business entity.
Role culture- This is based over various culture and employees that has been allocated
over various roles and responsibilities within an organization making eligibility possible
over respective perspective.
Organisational power
In the functions business within marketplace over organizational power that is based over
major strength and capability within an organization for dealing with various perspectives. This
makes strength developed over various consequences of market formed by competitors.
Power politics
Policies hold power which is based upon activities and functions that has been happening
within an organization. This is based over major force behind development of business that is
based over negative side of business leading over difference within various team members.
Power of the boss
Boss has been refraining about possession and governance of supreme authority related to
business. This makes power of boss lead over developing unethical practices making business
authority developed on large scale.

In an organization culture, policies and power has important role to play in relation to
individual and team behaviour. Culture relates with working patterns followed by an
organization in relation to its various process within an organization. Then comes policies used
