The organization was founded in 1884 byThomas spencer and Michael Marks. It also began to sell their branded items in marketplace. This report will discuss about the culture in the line by using theories, models and conceptfor identifying the behaviour of human at workplace. Furthermore, it will describe the cultureand how can improve in the organizational effectiveness. It also determines the role of culture onthe employee motivations. Moreover, this report will discuss about the organization that can usethe culture for further growth and success.
