This model comprises of four culture
which is followed by different
organisations. They are Power, Task,
Person and Role.

Power culture – In this culture, power remains in the hand of people who has
highest authority. The higher authority in the company will handle high power.
These people holds authority to take decisions. The sub ordinates need to follow
their orders. The employees have no liberty to share their views and suggestions to
the company.
Task culture – The task culture are concerned with team work in an organisation. In
this culture, organisations get divided in various teams and various tasks are allotted
to teams which they need to accomplish. The every member in team contribute their
ideas and suggestions which help them in successfully accomplishing their goals.
