INTRODUCTIONIndividual behaviour is important to identify within an organisation and it is theresponsibility of company manager is to analyse person behaviour towards achieving target goalsand objectives. Organisational behaviour refers to that learning which clearly shows the impacton teams and group members in the firm. It will help in analysing actual behaviour of employeetowards specific work or task in proper manner. The behaviour of organisation is conducted bybusiness enterprise for becoming more efficiently in their work and it assumes that technologicalthoughts and ideas can be implemented in management for employees (French and Holden,2012). This report is based on Samsung Group which is multinational company that will servebest quality products and services in the country. They produce large range of goods that includeelectronic element, medical equipment, transport, telecom tools and some other. It have approx.300,000 employees in present time period. The main motive of this project is to understanddifferent motivational theories which assist in accomplishing desired goals and objectives,evaluate difference between effective and ineffective team in proper manner. TASK 1P1 Organisation's politics and culture determine on individuals and team behaviourOrganisation refers to that location where all the employees and managers are manageand organise desired goals and objectives of the firm and behaviour of organisation states thatmanner in which people convey and interact with other individual. This study also examine thestructure and behaviour which directly change the internal and external environment (Griffin andMoorhead, 2011). All the organisation politics, culture, values and behaviour are effect on singleperson, group performance and behaviour and it is essential for company manager is to makethem comfortable with the working environment. The politics are capable for performing betterwithin an organisation and also they work effectively. Influence of culture- Culture play an important role in the firm and it directly influenceon working environment of office and employee performance. It is necessary for manager is tomaintain properly the whole working environment in the enterprise then employees will not feelcomfortable so that it enhancing the possibility of keeping the workers. Culture is importantwithin an organisation for analysing human behaviour towards particular work or task. These arecertain culture that are as follows:1

Power- culture is essential for providing power within an enterprise. It assist workers foradjusting in that environment in which power in the hand of individual. Role- the culture help in taking decision for accurate role which are performed byemployees. This study will decide that which role is best suitable for the single personand groups. Task- Culture will assist in providing different tasks according to the individual choiceand preferences where they are bale to perform better within an organisation. Organisation culture refers to that fundamental and beliefs which are contributes amongcompany manager and employees of an enterprise (Kinicki and Kreitner, 2012). This will help incontrolling and managing business operations and transactions in better manner. The culture offirm is totally developed by those people who are currently works there and in appropriatemanner. Organisation will shows culture in working environment, worker welfare, contentment,attire code, customer handling etc. There are various form of individual who are come fromdifferent locations and they have several cultures and traditions so that it is duty of company is tomaintained and makes peaceful environment for the people. Samsung is the largest south Korean company. It was established by Lee Byung-chul in1938 by the help of 40 employees. This group is divided into different areas which includestextiles, insurance, securities, food processing and retail. At some time, Samsung is also knownas Three Stars which is became a international company. They will provide various types ofservices such as business services, structure, hospitality, medical services and merchandising.The culture of firm is to determines capabilities which help in implementing changes, adopt newplans and policies and develop new strategies. Organisation cultures usually contributes to theenterprise capability and it will enforce demand and limit to the firm. There are several features which help in maintaining culture within an organisation andafter followed these then they easily analyse the performance and behaviour of an individual andgroup members (Lazaroiu, 2015). They adopt latest techniques and technologies for increasinggrowth and success and the firm will allowed to use great resources which has to be maintainedby company manager. The power and politics are directly affect the human behaviour in theorganisation and use all functions and activities which assist in achieving desired goals andobjectives in proper manner.
