INTRODUCTION
Organizational communication play important role in growth and success of companies,
as it enhance the performance and productivity level of candidates who are working in a
company and taking initiatives to grow rapidly. It contributes to improve relationship between
management and other stakeholders & also assist to enhance job satisfaction, which is important
for manager to do so. The current assignment will explain general theories of organizational
communication, barriers of interaction preventing individual getting vaccine and define the
government tactics to overcome these obstacles.

The organisational communication theories are one of those concepts that have utilized in
term of effective strategies, which drive the attention of individual person in a company to
conduct specific activity. Each theory encompasses different types of directions and methods
related to effective communication in the organizations (Ananda and et.al., 2018). These theories
may have their importance that describe below:
The Transactional Theory of Communication: The aim of this theory is to show that
communication in an organization is a continuous and fluid process (Transactional Model of
Communication, 2021). Theory focus on giving information that, while the communication
process speaker's mind changes diversely and receiver's understanding about that information
also change. This may tends to show about various fluctuations occurring in senders sending a
message and receiver getting it as various distractions may fall in between communication
process.

which shows about delivering clear vision to subordinates. Analysis works flows from bottom to
top and no way around. Thesis provides a better and practical understanding between the people
about how the formal authority actually works by accepting informal relationships. Further, tells
about employees or person's tendency to accept the authority may not be broad or complete and
