INTRODUCTION Organizational communication is the process which comprises using various channels and helps in transferring information from one department to another and helps in operating organizationinternalandexternal.Effectivecommunicationwillcontributethebetter performance and organizational success as it help in boosting employees morale, increases the individuals satisfaction and promotes better engagement for driving the loyalty and competitive within institution. This report will provide details about the general theories of organizational communication. Also, evaluates the barriers for communication which prevents people in getting vaccinated. Lastly it outlines various governmental strategies for overcoming barriers. MAIN BODY 1. It generally encompasses the importance of communication process in organization.The general theories to organization communication are: Bureaucratic theory: For the organizational communication emphasizes on the controlling the individualsfor ensuring better chain of command and growing performance, which helps in leading the company towards success in the workplace and adopting standardized, specialized methods for performing work. Acceptance theory of authority for communication: This theory comprise the three key main components wherein which encompasses in explaining the information organization as the serving the three functions which as the communicating, maintenance, of cohesiveness in organization, and maintaining both feelings of personal integrity and self-respect. The theorist has mainly explaining that the authority and communication process where the executives are interacting with the communication system for coordinating and recognizing the authorities (MalviniReddenandScarduzio,2018).Thistheoryalso,encompassesorganizational communication as it does not only stress on the need for the various channels needed for communicating with different authorities and members for reporting and performing various tasksinorganization.Also,thetheoristbelievesthattheremustbeshortanddirect communications channels adopted for better and increasing speed of communication with tow or more persons.
General system theory of communication: This theory when applied to organization increases the better understanding and promotes inter connections between various individuals. This system theory is applied to public relations help in enhancing the results and gives better outputs from the public relations team members of the organizations. This construct demands from the professionals to consider the organization as a one large part which is interdependent on the success. By using this theory has satisfies the and moulded the actions which results in satisfying the needs and wants of system (Wang, 2022). This helps in investigating the functions of organization. Functional approach to corporate culture: this theory of organization communication has functional approach to various corporate culture. This concept views culture as an important asset for the organization which improves the performance and growth of the organization (Bulych,2019). Targetting individual for delivering vaccination merits: People engagement with the different responses towards the public health information influencing the various cultures and social identity, age, gender, will be adopted for perceiving the trust worthiness. Improving transparency strategy: The government will improve the transparency regarding the side effects and effectiveness of vaccinations. Also, asking the customers and service providers for crafting the information with the eligibility, schedules and coverage. Further more, adopting the multitouch strategy for reminding the benefits and importance of second dose, after 15 days of first dose of vaccination. Also, government will adopt various
technological methods, for evaluating the active reach of the vaccination information rates through campaigns and mobile branding thorough the immunization information system. CONCLUSION After addressing this report it can be concluded that organizational communication plays important role for updating various tasks, policies, strategies. Effective communication in organization helps in boosting the employees for working better, improves morale and givs better vision for performing various tasks assigned. There are various communication barriers which hinders individual for getting vaccinated on time mainly including the language barriers, attitudinal, structural, cultural, emotional and perceptional barriers. For overcoming barriers for immunization the government has adopted various communicating strategies targeting audience of particular age group, expansion information strategy and various technical methods for evaluating vaccination information.
