The tool that can be used to solve the problem is the tool of adoption of proper initiatives.
Adoption of proper initiatives can assist in devising proper solutions to the problems. Initiatives
such as Responsibly Grown helps in the proper delivery of organic products.
It is recommended that the problem should be resolved by adopting measures such as
regularly monitoring the usage of water.
It is recommended that the problems should be resolved by inculcating measures to check
the misuse of water resources.
It is recommended that the problems should be resolved by the inculcation of
comprehensive monitoring measures such as participation rates for the migrant laborers.

Mackey explains the problem related to the nature of organic farming that does not
take into consideration the various detrimental effects such as excessive use of water
and the treatment meted to laborers who are migrants (Kinicki & Fugate, 2015).

The problem is caused by the sheer lack of knowledge about the after-effects and the
presence of sheer ignorance exhibited by the organizations and organic farmers. Lack
of proper implementation and evaluation can lead to the improper treatment of
migrant laborers. The evident inputs and processes are that organic food and farming
does not include the use of any harmful chemicals, yet, it ignores the various other
issues.
