minimizing risk and maximizing health.

Background of the organization
The focus of the company lies in certain principles like helping the workers avoid
injury, providing the families access to the medical care. Improving the quality and longevity
of peoles lives through the promotion of healthy lifestyle. All the services at Assurance tries
credibly calculating all the services based on the model mentioned above (Folger, Poole,&
Stutman, 2017). The various tactics in minimizing risk and maximizing health, the
organization is in search of creating real value which can be measured and again come back
(Saeed, 2014). The very foundation of the organization remains in the strategy of “Happy
employees= Happy clients.” The motivation is to move with a culture where caring is crucial
in the culture. Providing opportunity, rewards and a proper work/life balance is always kept
in the strategies and tactics of the company.
