individual was not found that the company adopts ethical behaviour. In the beginning this
opportunity was found great for the career development as the company was providing various
facilities for their employees. But later, when the Matt Sosnowski's need to go to Germany for
the training sessions the reality was different where he got to know of the various other factors
of the company. it was observed that the company was not behaving in an ethical manner with
the employees. As there was a lot of work pressure and the working conditions were different.
