Article summary Article 1: Coming to a new awareness of organizational culture It has been stated by Schein (1984), that organizational culture plays an important for role in managing the overall activities of the company. This article focuses on the concept of organizational culture in which it has been seen that it is a dynamic concept which changes according to time. There are various researchers who stated that culture is considered as the set of practices that help the people to interact and act according to the present environment. In this article it has been highlighted that there are various aspects related to organizational culture like formal companies and cultural paradigms and also various implications has been discussed in 2

Human resource is considered as one of the important aspect of the company and they are needed so that activities can be managed easily (Alvesson & Sveningsson, 2015). So, the overall cultural paradigm relates to the overall assumption and systematic pattern. In this article the focus is given on the various new factors which are related to organizational culture. Communication should be there between the employees so that performance can be maintained and positive outcome can be attained. If there is proper communication then employees can also easily communication their queries with the leaders which can help them to bring clarification in the work. Also if there is proper communication in the workplace then behavior of the employees can be changed and with this it can be easy to create positive culture in thee workplace. Therefore, it can be stated that organizational practices influence the overall activities of the company and helps to create positive culture in the workplace.
