Task 1: Organisation Development Plan
Organisation Development Plan can be defined as the objective based approach to the
changes in the system within the organisation (Klochkov, Gazizulina & Golovin, 2016). In
accordance to understand the organisation culture and evaluating the positive and negatives of
working space, an analysis and evaluation method is required. For the above topic organizational
development which explains development in the growing field which is systematic and measured
with the process of implementing and organizing the effectiveness that will cater to the
betterment of the organisation. According to Kurt Lewis he states that if the decision making
affects people then they are likely to adopt new ways (Armstrong et al., 2018).
Strategic Priority 1:
Restructure management and realign all the job roles for
maximum utilization of available human resources.
ABC International Pty Limited is a market which is the leading producer and distributor
of beauty products, boutique stores, and pharmacies across Australia. The company is set up in
Bywater suburb of Melbourne and it recruits almost ninety staffs worldwide. The management
has to be restructured as the company is facing many trails because of shift in the market
environment and faced a deficit due to competition. The senior executives had departed from the
existing company where their importance was mandatory while facing the problems (Bogdanova
et al., 2016).
The organisation can be restructured in the following ways:
When the organisation is restructured it brings many anxiety between the
employees, to restructure the issue there should be a maintenance in

communication between the stakeholders. It is the responsibility of the authority
to advice and communicate the management and with the internal and external
stakeholders on the direction towards the restructure.
It is important to restructure the productivity level and motivate the employees to
focus on the output and develop plans to set measures (McGowan & Andrews,
2016).
Managing the payrolls and records are important aspect of the organisation that
are to be restructured.
The cost and benefit analysis should be looked after by the administrative. There
forecasting plan should constitute of benefits against the cost and the revenue.
Strategic Priority 5:
Review existing staff competencies, identify training and development
needs and provide professional development opportunities across the organisation.
There are an approximately 90 staffs who have been recruited all around the world in the
department of graphic designers, product managers, brand managers and the marketing team who
cater to the marketing opportunities across the various segment. Due to increase in competition
the ABC International Pty Ltd is recommended to provide a training session of 12 to 15 days to
the employee who work in the graphic designing team and marketing team. The new innovative
technique should be implemented within the employee so that the company redesign its product
and capture the competitive market (Falola, Osibanjo & Ojo, 2014).
To provide development opportunity across the organization it can be recommend that
the organisation should improve the superiority in the work of the employees, to provide the

employee with benefits which will motivate the workers to work and develop plans which will
be creative and flexible.
Task 2: Drastic Action and Evolutionary Adaptation
The Drastic Action that can be taken by ABC International Pty limited in implementing
changes in the organization in the area of graphic designing and bringing changes in the
technique of the functioning of marketing team. The previous method of marketing and
distribution requires some innovative method to run in the business as there is a strong
competitive rival firms. The graphic design should implement its changes in redesigning its logo.
Logo of the company should be kept simple and the tagline should be precise so that it is easy for
the consumers to remember the brand logo and its tagline. The font of the text should be kept in
bold typography (Lowry,Wilson & Haig, 2014).
Evolutionary Adaptation of the organization will get accustomed once the functioning of
the marketing team is settled. The marketing department can evolve the strategy of training and
developing the employees who are recruited for the sales department. Approach towards the
target customers is important because the brand tends to lose its customer once it does not
perform well in the market. With the presence of the rival firm the adoption of new strategies in
sales and marketing will bring a major change in the revenue system of the company.
In viewpoint of the theories of organizational behavior the company can reform its policy
on the employee. The working environment should constitute of certain policies that are meant to
be followed. The theory states about the human behavior in the working space (Yan et al., 2015).
The core principles developed by F.W Taylor states the essential principles that can be

inculcated by the organization and focus on reducing conflicts, promote corporation, simplify the
duties of the employee and increasing the output by developing the best ability of workers.
The theory of organizational culture is significant for the company to regulate because
the culture of the company is built by the behavior of the employee and the administrative head.
The two- way communication process facilitates the importance of managing the employee. The
culture is built and remains positive if the environment comprises of the people who have a
positive mind set and is enforced to maintain a decorum in the work.
The changes in the management in the organisation is a systematic approach that would
deal the ABC International Pty Ltd to transmit and transform its goals of the organisation, the
process and technologies. The purpose of the change in the management is to implement that
growing strategies that affects the change, controls the change and helps the employee to adapt
the changes in the organisation. The purpose of the change in the management is to ensure the
process that leads to standardization in the products of beauty and pharmaceutical products
(Ruths & Pfeffer, 2014). The new procedures used is should be made effective and prompt
handling of the evolving changes. In order to reduce the impact of the changes the incidents must
be marked up to the service quality and should focus on the improvement from day-to-day
operation.

Task 3: Implement Organization Development Plan
Implementing an organizational development process for ABC International Pty Ltd is to
consider the legitimate organizational development practice that may be perceived by others , as
well as from outside the scope of the company’s development. It is a process or can be termed as
an activity which is based on the behavior of the employee in the long run of the company who
has the potential to develop in the area of income, desired outcome, interpersonal relation,
productivity, expertise knowledge, satisfaction, benefit of the organisation and ultimately the
skill to maintain humanity in the working space (Burke, 2017).
With the presence of the key stakeholders who are the customers and the investors. The
customers are the sole importance to the business because they are the people who generate the
desire of the product and wait for its product and service worth of the cost price. On the other
hand the investors of the company are important ad significant because if proper investments are
not made in the organisation then the strategies and goals cannot reach up to the mark.
With the system of planning comes the place of implementing the tools of skill
development, e-learning, coaching, developing leadership skills and acquisition of talent
management. The training and development process of the company should be done on a year
basis as the employees get an opportunity to enhance their skills in dealing with the customers in
the market (Sundar, Balaji & Kumar, 2014).Updating oneself with the recent technological
development will help the employees to work with the graphic designing team and bring up a
new logo that would be an attractive portion.

The evaluation and feedback process of the company is very crucial as the plan gets
implemented the authority will wait for its outcome. ABC International Pty Ltd is implementing
the system of feedback and evaluation because it will give a result for the outcome of the
employee as well as for the product it caters to. To improve the policy of recommendation and
obtaining feedback for the organization it helps the company to benefit in the areas of improving
the scheme of retention of employees and the customers in case of sales, it will create a pipeline
for the organization to channel the marketing and sales of its product, the employees will be
motivated and this will result in receiving reward. This acts like a motivation for the employee as
the other working committee is inspired to strive for the opportunity. The feedback of the sales
and marketing of the limited company will help to inculcate more of innovative idea and
implement strategy that will cater the business to run more and increase its sales. When the
department learns the technique of reducing the scheme of production it results in saving the cost
of production. ABC International Pty Ltd can therefore can take the feedback more seriously and
focus in the areas where it requires more of innovation technique and strategies’ them for more
growth.
