Initially, no provision was held by this particular company for the aim of providing of
online tutoring to several students which in turn became the cause for the restriction of the
scopes of expansion of this particular venture. The modification in the model of this particular
business took place because of several kinds of both internal as well as internal forces for sole
improvement of the performances given by this venture (Hornstein, 2015). Several internal along
with the external forces which were responsible for driving of the changes in this organization.
Several external forces comprises of the competition which was deliberately incrementing in the
sector of education in Malaysia.
In addition to this, the other factor which was responsible for the affecting several
capabilities of this organization for the retention of its edge of competitiveness comprises of the
new entries in the market of Malaysia (Al-Haddad & Kotnour, 2015). The functioning of several
kinds of systems of the organization in an effective manner was the first modification for the
successful expansion of the venture. The inclusion of several activities of e-learning helped the
organization in gaining of the competition of the giants of this sector in Malaysia. The other
force comprises of widening of the scopes of the propositions of the service which would be
taken up by the organizations widening of the several scopes through the inclusion of various
courses of e-learning (Holten & Brenner, 2015). This courses would in turn help in the enabling
this organization in proposing those needs which might be suitable and essential for the students.
This is an important force accountable for encouraging the organization for its expansion
in markets which would help in organization in possessing more options which is demanded by
the marketplace or the sector of education (Matos Marques Simoes & Esposito, 2014). Taking up

of several initiatives regarding the courses of e-learning forms an essential factor for spreading
the image of this brand which is important for the aim of for helping the students by tutoring
them with various subjects that are important for them. Several internal forces comprises of the
maximization of the costs required for the operational purposes, improvement of the procedures
of socially connecting the people on the basis of the needs of this particular organization along
with focusing on the absence of the support of the infrastructure which is necessary for the
organization to possess (Benn, Edwards & Williams, 2014). The maximization of the costs of
operation is important as it would help in the process of the inclusion of several facilities of the
infrastructure of the organization along with the remuneration of the experts which would
motivate the experts in providing education of higher standards to the foreign students.
Next comes another important factor necessary for the improvement along with
transforming the organization becomes the support of the infrastructure of which it is responsible
for retarding the capabilities of this particular venture in maximization of the operational scopes.
In addition to this, the propositional growth have also been retarded which is not beneficial for
the organization. So, it would be profitable for this venture to make their support of the
infrastructure strong along with the development of diversified propositions with the inclusion of
the numerous courses for the students (Brunning, 2018). This also involves the improvement of
the procedures of the social networking on the basis of the needs of this venture which is
important for maximizing the awareness of the students who utilize social media and expanding
the business of the services of the tutoring (Santhidran et al., 2013). Opting of this particular
force who help the students in grabbing the attention of the students and helping them in
knowing regarding the services which are provided by this venture.
