relationships in a positive manner in an organization. A good leader recognizes the threats to
the mental health of employees that helps him in offering the necessary support to the other

stability and I am a temperamental person. I am low in the arena of conscientiousness and I
am not always prepared that interferes my abilities of leadership. The self-insight exercise on

accomplishment along with the social recognition that helps me in working with the other
members of the team. I am a broad-minded individual that helps me in understanding the
problems of the other people. I am a courageous person that can help me in taking the vital

agreeableness and I take care of the fact that the other people are not insulted that helps the
people in working together. I lay stress on the needs of the other people that helps in building
