Actions to Improve Organizational Situation: Resolving Conflicts and Implementing Transformational Leadership

This presentation discusses the actions required to improve the organizational situation of HOA, which has been experiencing staff turnover and conflicts between the ED and team leaders. The presentation suggests organizing effective meeting sessions, implementing transformational leadership, effective communication practices, negotiation, and coordination to resolve the conflicts and improve productivity.

ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT

ACTIONS TO IMPROVE THE ORGANIZATIONAL
SITUATION
 HOA have been experiencing huge number
of staff turnover and increased staff
dissatisfaction owing to the ongoing
conflicts between the ED and the team
leaders
 The ED has gone on record mentioning that
he looks towards HOA as his own baby and
is critical to the success of the organization
 On the other hand, the team leaders feel that
the ED have been overtly interfering and
often steps in their shoes and do not allow
them the limited freedom to take their own
decisions.

 Therefore, the rising conflict affected the overall
productivity and performance of the organization
(Chaudhry & Asif, 2015).

 Hence, the need of the hour was to organise effective meeting
sessions between the team leaders and the ED which could help in
resolving the conflicts.

 For removing gender imbalances a transformational leadership could
be implemented which favours change management through
sufficient education of the employees and the management (Reio &
Trudel, 2017).

ORGANIZATIONAL ENVIRONMENT LEADERSHIP
 As mentioned by Chaudhry & Asif (2015), effective
communication practices are one of the most important aspects of
organizational leadership.

PLANNING AND COORDINATING
 For resolving of the current situation of the company
effective negotiation and communication between the
staff and the management were required.
