Different factors affect health aspect within the health care organization which helps inattaining significant results for the development aspects. Managing health e qualities within thehealth care organization demands an effective and well defined analysis of different aspects asindividual perception, environment, lifestyles, care unit, disease etc (Reeves and et.al., 2011).Various authors have contributed their understanding in the subject in order to create asignificant and well defined impact on overall development aspect within the market. According to Bryers and Van Teijlingen, (2010) the impact of factors such as politics andsocial issues has a direct influence on public health aspect. In addition to these economic factorssuch as poverty, rate of population and spending capacity of an individual also widelycontributes in analyzing the stated issue. Affordability of medical services and facilities isone of the challenging aspects of the economy. Murray and et.al., (2012) analyzed thatprivatization of the medical facilities has structured the industry effectively and has helped indeveloping a high quality of care to people however it has also consisted the reach of peopletowards care services effectively. Hence as per the evaluation, health development involvesbalance of multiple factors for creating an effective and well defined impact on the growth anddevelopment of the industry.

Therefore, as per need of service users services are renderedto the users and it is associated with the growth of healthcare enterprise. Suppliers are anothermajor stakeholder of business where they supply different type of materials to the firm so thatproper services can be delivered to the users. Apart from this, government is also majorstakeholder where political parties develop different laws and regulations which healthcareenterprise has to comply with. So, in this way these are some of the key stakeholders ofhealthcare enterprise who are affected by the operations carried out by business and they need tobe managed properly by business for smooth functioning. Ongoing programsAccording to Currie and Lockett, (2011) integration of different activities results inattaining effective and well defined results of health models. History reveals that change in air,water and food has resulted in stimulation of new ailments and conditions which has created asignificant impact on overall health care aspects. Development of fevers, infectious disease anddifferent calamities has been seen due to the same. This has affected the overall development ofmedical and social care industry (Nutt, King and Phillips, 2010). Moreover analysis has revealedthat different resource, health protections measures and safety aspects has now been developed inorder to enhance safety and security with the objective of minimizing health inequalities withinthe country.
