INTRODUCTION
People performance management is a procedure which helps an organization in
getting results, and motivate their employee's to give their best work performance in their
respective work field to achieve their organizational set goals and missions. Proper
management of employees enhance the individuals to reach at their best potentials. This is an
organizational instrument that help a institution to monitor and measure their present
employees ongoing work. After adopting this procedure an organization can create a healthy
working surroundings that can improve their employees working efficiency(Farisi, and Fani,
2019). Furthermore, this report is based on BUNI travel which deal in the tour or traveling
services all around the world. It's head-office is established in Bolton. They have a small
administration employee force which works with traditional personal division and want to
gain their organizational presentation. The function of employee well-being betterment in
their psychological feature and action is also a portion of this written document. At last, a
complete PESTLE analysis on BUNI travel is also been included in this project.

What tools and techniques will help improve organizational performance?
Nowadays's, every organization all around the world had adopted and developed
people performance management department as it plays an important role in improving their
their future growth and profitability. An organization can evaluate their employee's
performance with the help of various management software and techniques. Their are some
strategies and techniques that BUNI travel can adopt which will help them in improving their
organization performance, some of these models are as follows:-
360 degree feedback- This deals with the both external and internal factor
related to an employees which includes their working performance, task and
determination. This instrumentation gives subject matter classification on
actions to every associate of their institution as per the idea and point of view
with whom individual is working. In context to, BUNI travel they can have a
sensational usage of this strategy as this will assist them in identifying client
response procedure and opinion from various kind of people regarding their
services. This also includes employee's grooming and improvement.
