Executive summary
The purpose of this report is to discuss the list of stakeholder management responses for
Wesfarmers that is to be undertaken by the business to resolve the problems and issues
previously faced. The report suggests the monitoring and control mechanisms and it focuses
on the aspects such as the company to motivate change in the organization both internally and
externally for the departments, employees and the external stakeholders. The communication
strategies to be undertaken by the business has been discussed to improve the stakeholder
relationships, it analyzes the current communication breakdowns occurring in the business.
Further, it recommends policies and approaches that can be updated by the business
organization to enhance the current operations of the business. Lastly, the report analyzes the
appropriateness of the business structure and suggests new organizational design to be
managed effectively.

Introduction
The wesfarmers has been faced issues of financial breakdown and which resulted in
stakeholder grievance. The company has been facing issues due to the changing and the
global dynamic business environment. Therefore the company needs to overcome the
challenges which hinder the growth of the company and manage the stakeholder responses to
enhance its business activities and respond to the stakeholders. In order to resolve the issue
the assignment suggests ways to overcome the problems and suggest the monitoring and
control mechanisms. The organization needs to undertake certain changes in the business
organization both internally and externally for its departments as well the employees and the
stakeholders. Further, it needs to understand communication strategies to improve the
relationship. The policies and approaches of the business organization that is to be undertaken
by the business are discussed in the study. It analyzes the appropriateness of the
organizational structure and suggests an appropriate structure for the company. The aim of
the report is to suggest ways that can be implemented by the company in order to resolve the
ongoing problem faced by the business organizations and to enhance its growth along with
improving the stakeholder relations.
Discussion
Ways to motivate change in the organization
The organization can motivate change both internally for the departments and externally for
its stakeholders by managing change in an appropriate manner. Wesfarmers need to motivate
change by initiating proper communication in the organization. It needs to star by
implementing a change plan (Andriof and Waddock 2017). It needs to overcome the
