The strategy that is formed by the institute for introducing improvements in the
structure of the organization is grounded on the IP (Intellectual Property) of the company.
The IP of the organization helps to determine the different facets of change which is being
accepted by the organization to understand the requirements of the clients and the customers
of the organization (Ahmadi et al. 2012). It helps in determining the strategies that are framed
by the organization for their structural and situational improvements. Knowledge audit of the
company aids in understanding the diverse aspects of the changes which is being undertaken
with the aim of understanding the requirements for undertaking the change in the structure.
