Review of organizational structure
 The organizational structure depicts the
hierarchy of the stem by which the roles
and responsibilities of the staffs are
properly delegated.
 There are internal s well the external staffs
involved in the training session.
 The internal staffs are the food and
beverage manager, administration staffs,
project team, maintenance staffs.
 The external are the performers, artists,
electrical maintenance.

 In the renovation of the building the

staffs are to be included more.
 In the cafeteria, there is the
introduction of new waste systems to
be included.

programs to be included.

 The Sydney Opera
House has collaborated
with Energy Australia
as their major partner
to deliver its
Environmental
Sustainability Plan.
 There are the art
performance to be
made diverse and
broad ranging this
year.
 They are expanding
free activities for the
children and created
new partnerships and
digital programs

Systems and Procedures related
with environmental sustainability
 For the development of the
building the NSW government
has funded $13.7 million to
develop a blueprint and began
priority planning projects.
 It comprises of the Concert hall
acoustics, theatre machinery
and accessibility
 The development of the
detailed planning and design
work in continuation of this
project.
 The development of the tender
documentation for the policies.
 The development of the master
plan for the designing of the new
buildings and architects in Opera
House.
