INTRODUCTION
Managing work activities or activity management is referred as a process of recording daily
operations of an employee. Managing of work activities helps employees as well as employees to
prioritize their daily routine and activities for carrying business practices effectively (Dubois,
Hulthén and Sundquist, 2019). As activity management system creates and designs an easy
accessible format in order to track performance of employees and workers. This report is based
on managing working activities of case study. This report includes tasks and operations of work
activities along with its conclusion.
