INTRODUCTION
Students learn various skills, competencies and many other things in higher education with the
motive to achieve specific and predetermined goals in a definite time period. It aids them in
leading towards growth and development of their career (Cabrera, 2018). This report consists of
culture and behavioural expectations of business management. It also covers team working
impact and peer-to-peer support that is needed in future career as well as SWOT analysis is also
explained.

CONCLUSION
