INTRODUCTION Reflective learning is one of the most important thing for learner, success in higher education. this report will discuss impact of COVID-19 one hospitality, travel and leisure, it is very clear that hospitality industry was one of those sector who was badly impacted (Fullana and et.al., 2016). Travel was completely banned as government introduce lock down and COVID-19 restriction, hotel and travel is connected with each other which means every business was impacted in the process. Later this report has discussed use of formative feedback to help learning and improving summative assessed work. Tutor’s feedback allow learner to explore improvement area and help them to become more stable in academic session. Later this report has discussed cultural and behavioural expectation of studying or getting qualification in business management. Culture and behavioural expectation may include diversity and learning behaviour of learner. At last this report has discussed importance of peer to peer support and effectiveness of working in team that enhance learning experience. Working in team allow learner to explore different area of learning and help them to build team working skills which will impact their career and effectiveness while working with team in an business organization. MAIN BODY Reflecting and explaining the impacts of COVID-19 on hospitality, travel and leisure: COVID-19 is one of the most common word, this pandemic is considered as deadliest who impacted human life. Almost every sector of economy was impacted , hospitality industry faced challenges while survive this pandemic. It is very clear that businesses of hospitality almost ended because there was no guest, many large scale hotels survived this impact as they have surplus profit but small scale local hotels are reviving again and becoming stable (Baum and Hai, 2020). Travel was completely banned as government introduce lock down and ask people to stay at home, from political to social every factor face impact. There are certain impact on hospitality businesses, these are: Impact on guest:traveller who prefer traveling around the world was captured in their own home, due to lock down travel was completely stopped and travel industry was almost ended.
Visitor who like travelling are now preferring to stay at home because there is risk of spreading COVID-19 which will impact their life. Impact on businesses:COVID-19 has impacted businesses of hospitality industry, hotels faced challenges while surviving this pandemic. Revenue generation was badly impacted as there was no guest, hotel who demand high cost maintenance emptied pockets of owner. Travel flights and agency has to stop their business as no guest was ready to travel to different nation or destination. Impact on economy:economy of the UK become unstable as every sector was impacted, UK government have faced survival issue where economy was rapidly falling. Although, the UK is one of those country who know how to manage tough time (Huang and et.al., 2020). Hospitality sector contribute 3.0% of total output almost 59 billion euro before COVID-19 in the year 2019, But after COVID-19 impact, it falls to 2.0% contribution to economic development. Describing use of formative feedback to inform and improve summative assessed work: Formative feedback is one of the most important thing which allow learner to explore different area of improvement and help them to sharpen their skills. Feedback provided by tutor allow learner to become stable and learn strategies to become effective in academic session, it is very clear that learner need guidance of tutor which allow meet learning expectation (Irons and Elkington, 2021). Learner who face difficulties in summative assessed work ask for tutor’s guidance and tutor help them with effective strategies and to pass academic session, there are certain use of formative feedback to improve summative assesses work of learner, these are: Opportunity to improve:Feedback from my tutor highlight those areas where I was performing bad, there are certain area where I still need to develop. My tutor shared their experience where they have provided certain strategies to make improvement in academic session and summative work. I have explored certain opportunity to grow with the help of feedback, learner who want to become stable in their academic session have to ask for tutor’s feedback. Boost confidence:feedback help learner to improve and positive feedback from tutor allow leaner to boost their confidence in academic session and allow them to clear all difficult parts which was challenging for learner. I have become confident in my career where I have explored new area of development which will help me to become confident in my professional life (Goldin and et.al., 2017). My final summative work was effective as I have improved with the help of formative feedback from my tutor.

Most significantly, it also affects the performance level as with the help of strong internal culture the company as well as their employees are able to outperform in front of their competitors in financial terms and gets high level of success. Moreover, there are certain behavioural expectations as well which includes working as a part of team or group. Having positive attitude towards co-workers assist people to complete their tasks in most suitable manner. In addition to that, respect for others as well as respect for each and every individual also help a lot in order to fulfil behavioural expectations within an organization (Miao, Humphrey and Qian, 2018). Hence, in general context, company expect certain basic kind of behaviour from their employees which includes positive attitude towards work,beingcourteousandfriendly,consistentlymeetdeadlinesoftheprojects,take responsibilities and shows punctuality in their working. Both the topics while study in detail helps the student to get in-depth knowledge and understanding through which they are able to fulfil all the basic requirements of business entity in practical terms.
Explaining importance of peer to peer support and team working to enhance learning experience: Peer to peer learning is one of the best way to learn and develop new skills and ability, this simply means learner will learner from their subordinate or classmate and tutor will learn from another teacher, this way they can improve their knowledge and become stable in academic session (Sutherland and Marchand, 2021). Dynamic learning allow learner to experience peer to peer interaction where they will learn skills and ability, there are certain importance of peer to peer support to enhance learning experience; these are: One on one connect:when learner try to work in team then they explore different skills and ability of other, working in team is very beneficial for learner because this will allow them exchange idea. I have improved my learning experience while working with team, I was able to learn new skills and ability which help me to become stable in academic session. Critical thinking and problem solving:when working with team, learner build ability to critically think and solve problem as idea will be generated and team will help them to craft effective solution (Gren, Goldman and Jacobsson, 2020). I have developed critical thinking skills while working with team, from my peer to peer experience, I have ability to solve problem and acquire those ideas which will allow me to become better learner in academic session and career process.
CONCLUSION This report has discussed learning experience and its importance in academic session. Later this report has discussed impact of COVID-19 on hospitality, travel and leisure, it is very clear that hospitality industry was badly impacted because there was strict guideline to hotel and travel agency to control spread of COVID-19, this report has provided three area where impact was bad; on guest, on businesses and on economy. Later this report has discussed use of formative feedback to inform and improve assessed work, feedback from tutor allow learner to explore area of improvement.
