experience of learning as well as to develop or improve their critical thinking skills,

business management to determine how behaviour of people impact their culture and importance
of peer to peer support to increase their learning experiences which provide many opportunities

Impact of Covid19 on hospitality industry
Through Covid19 in hospitality sector, all hotels and restaurants are closed and
government only focus for health and safety from people. It will also focus on economic growth
for firm which will led to equity markets across the world. Many workers or staff members of all
hotels are unemployed because there is no work for people all hotels are closed. In case of
hospitality sector, staff income are also decreased because due to pandemic situation many
people are unemployed and nature of hotels are different. Due to this pandemic situation, each
and every staff member treated fairly in their organizations and differences in cash flow to
protect their staff and lack of finance problem are there (Gochhait and Pokharnikar, 2020).
There are positive and negative impact related to Covid19 in all hotels which are related to cash
flow situation or increase or decrease their profits in business concern. There must be complete
lock down in hotels as well as their global or national level and all restaurant are shut down due
to this Covid19 which will restrictions on travel, stay at home and no order online situation
which should be determine in hotel occupancies. Staff members have all the skills to manage
hotels but due to Covid19 and government rules or regulations they will lead to play a role for
different working environment culture. Due to pandemic situation, staff members have also low
in confidence and adopt new changes after Covid19 in hotels so they can see also for customer

give proper information for students as well as their employees also helpful for me in future
purpose also. Summative assessments are also determine to evaluate students learning experience
or success for instructional period. It means that students are in high value like mid term
assessments Through formative feedback, I have to improve or develop in summative feedback
my experience of learning as well as identifying or learning some strategies. It will be helpful or
beneficial for me that formative feedback uses different methods to conduct various evaluations
and expectations of such students who need to involve in learning experience. I need to develop
my summative assessments because it is need to evaluate such skills and knowledge because in
this how many achievements that I have during my learning periods. For this I have to done my
course of learning so that I an clear my summative assessments through formative feedback to
identify or produce multiple tasks and various choices to enhance their learning experiences
through offline or online. They are also suggest for me that formative assessments also provide
skills and knowledge so in that case I would be helpful for those students who are confident with
their learning procedure and improve their performance of assessments. To develop self
confidence and self awareness it will be helpful for me that effective formative feedback shows
that current level of performance of students are reach in higher level position.

management and provide better performance of management. I also believe that there must be

can handle all roles and responsibilities related to culture and their learning experience if I get
proper degree in business and management to obtain what type of culture or behaviour reflect my
degree for future years and if I get job and doing work for other firm. Culture and behaviour of
students represents behaviour of performance level and motivating students to entourage about
their degree towards achieve their goals and objectives as well as vision for performance goals
about their company. Good culture or behaviour represents that they will contribute more and
stay longer and maintain their relationship with students. If I have maintain their relationship
with many teachers and students then it will describe what type of behaviour of students.

peer to peer. I usually improve my skills through organizing and learn such activities to evaluate
my own learning. Through these skills, I have to communicate each and every members in
organization and share my own ideas, thoughts that will be benefited to be more productive ideas
are generated. It is also helpful for me to develop my critical thinking skills, communication
skills and communication skills (Sullivan, 2021). If I have to interact my peer then it will be
helpful to develop my identity, self esteem during interactions and use this information in the
