INTRODUCTION
Reflective learning is all about students who become aware for procedures, systems and
thinking being able to clear to others (Araújo, Cardoso and Magalhães, 2019). It is very
significant for those learners to allow others to discuss their learning experience and use
knowledge which will be helpful to improve or develop their critical thinking skills and
performance level by analysing what they have learned. This reflective essay covers several topic
which are named as impact of Covid19 on hospitality and leisure sector, to improve summative
feedback using formative feedback which can be evaluate how someone use a specific things.
Furthermore, to identify their cultural and behavioural expectations in degree of business and
management which can play a important role in business concern. Significant of peer to peer
support to enhance their experience of learning which give many opportunities to learn or teach
and allow to learn experience and other concepts of work (Orrock and Clark, 2018).
MAIN BODY
Impact of Covid19 on hospitality and leisure industry
As effects of Covid19, they are spread across the world and main focus on government to
be safety for all people (Kristjánsdóttir, Matthíasdóttir and Saavedra, 2021). This will also focus
on economic growth and profits have to led equity markets across the globe. Many employees
cannot move from one place to another place because all airports, station are closed due to this
pandemic situation. In order to carry out reflection practice I have determined impact COVID-19
on hospitality sector. For this Gibbs reflection model is carried that are as follows:
Description: In this element I have determined that hospitality, travel as well as leisure
sector are drastically impacted by COVID-19. I am now able to understand about impact. This
concept has gave me idea about impact of disease which has affected business practice.
Feelings: As I was feeling very worthy that I got a chance to carry study on this topic. It
was my immense pleasure to carry analysis which could examine impact of coronavirus disease
on hotel sector.
Analysis: With this I am able to analyse that in case of hospitality sector their staff
income are less most of people are unemployed and impact of hospitality sector are decreased
majority of people are reduced due to this pandemic situation because hotels are closed for a
while. The nature of hotels and restaurant will change to leaner and most efficient operations.

Along with I analysed that due to Covid19, they are treated fairly or unfairly of employee to
protect their staff and lack of data being collected to inform such decisions.
Evaluation: From this reflection I have evaluation that there are positive or negative
experience of Covid19 situation which will be affected on hospitality industry as well as affected
cash flow and their profitability in business enterprise (Aydin, 2020). Along with it has been
evaluated by me that there is complete lock down in hotel as well as across the world and
international tourist global. Almost all restaurants are closed due to this pandemic situation and
also restrictions on travel, stay at home, no order online and various authorities which will led to
sharp in hotel occupancies.
Conclusion: From this discussion I came on to conclusion that this situation down guest
confidence also because communication skills play a lead role to assure their staff environments
for different different hotels. Hotels will review their previous offerings to adopt normal things
and provide new transformation after Covid19 so that customers are satisfied about these
situations and easily stay in hotels (Kowo and Akanmu, 2021).
Action plan: From this analysis I am now able to understand about impact of disease and
for that there are certain action plan which are to be taken. As in order to resolve this certain
safety measures are to be taken by hotels as well as leisure so that there sales revenues could be
recovered and they could be able to generate customer base.
To improve summative feedback use formative feedback
To develop or improve their summative assessments, formative assessments will allow
that how I develop my learning experience and it will be helpful for me also to identify some
strategies. It will be beneficial for me because formative assessments uses different methods of
variety that teacher used to conduct evaluations or learning needs and expectations of students
(Baabaazaadeh, 2020). I need to improve my learning experience because it will be helpful
towards my summative assessments because it used to evaluate learning skills, how many
achievements are there that I have won in past years during my instructional periods. I have to
understand my objective which I have learning during this course and it should be determine my
learning objectives should be achieved. It is very crucial part of me to improve my summative
assessments through formative assessments and I have many multiple choices to increase their
learning experiences to produce online and offline assessments. They are also suggest for me to
make grade are available and look forward about to develop their opportunities (Schreiner, Louis

and Nelson, 2020). Main goals is to improve their summative assessments is that they learn new
things and monitor their students and give their proper purpose. Through this module, they
should identify how well students are delivered their content properly and improve their learning
experience through this assessments. Summative assessments help me to tell that what type of
students have learned over time and improve their experience of learning (Jukan, 2019). But in
case of formative assessments, it will help me to identify those students which will be very
effective for learn new things and identify some part of summative assessments and understand
how they will improve summative assessments. To improve or develop their level of
performance of students related to some strategies of learning
Identify their cultural and behavioural expectation for degree of business and management
Culture determine in case of management of business they will accepted about their
students behaviour and it is key component for me that business has some strategic direction of
firm. It make me a positive impact which will be helpful for team members and represent their
culture with less organized firm (Brooks, 2021). We want to produce some culture and identify
their behaviour of student how they will learn new things about their business management how
to take some decision in firm. I also believe that positive thinking about their degree of business
and management which gives better performance and being part of culture in their business
organizations (Sulimani‐Aidan and Melkman, 2021). It is helpful for me because it should play
a vital role in organization through identify cultural and behaviour for continuous growth.
Behaviour of expectation can impact of degree in business and management are should be
recognize to perform better job and maintain good culture environment in organization. It is very
useful for me because culture and expectation of behaviour are identified as well as their
business management also. I also believe that if culture can increase their performance of
business by motivating or encourage workers towards accomplish their goals and objectives that
will be benefit for the firm (Broucker, De Wit and Verhoeven, 2018). I have analysed that
behaviour or culture in their business organization then how they will influence their employees
and leadership can interact with each other and determine how I will handle those business
transactions which are related to degree of management. It is also helpful for me that if I passed a
proper degree of business and management then what type of culture or behaviour of mine
reflect my degree and upcoming years if I get job and doing work for other firm (Taylor,
Dockendorff and Inselman, 2018).

Importance of peer to peer support to increase their experience of learning
To increase their learning experience, peer learning is most effective tool which I have
performed that will lead to improve attitudes and collaborative learning which will lead to higher
achievements. For me, it has a great deal that explain those ideas to participate such activities
which they have to learn from peers. I usually improve my skills through organizing and learn
such activities and evaluating their own learning (Buggs, 2020). Through this, it will improved
my some skills such as critical thinking skills, problem solving skills and communication skills. I
have to share my ideas and thoughts with other and benefited to be more innovative ideas. Key
significant of peer to peer support to increase their experience of learning are as follows:
 It is very helpful for me because they have learn new activities and learn experience from
other people in same position (Supreethi and Suresh, 2021).
 In case of peer support it is very comfortable for me to provide such learning activities
and solve complex situations if conflicts arises in business organizations.
 Peer training is very helpful for me to give their proper training which is solve quickly
and easy to determine because there is no need to recognize any funding regarding this
project (Chernysheva, 2018).
CONCLUSION
As per above mentioned essay, it has been concluded that reflective learning is all about
to determine that any learning experience regarding nay module or any project so that students
are allow to learn new things and solve complex situation that will be recognize their role of
social and experiences things. This essay main aim is to determine how they will impact their
Covid19 in hospitality or leisure industry related to orientation for success in higher education.
Furthermore, it is also discussed about how to use formative assessments to develop their
summative assessments and identify their culture and behaviour of expectation in case of degree
of business and management. Significant of peer to peer learning like how to improve their
support activities through their own learning to increase their experience of learnings. It is also
determined that should be provide proper training with proper support learning. This essay
covers reflective learning represents such activities in orientation for success in higher education
and helps to develop or improve such skills which are named as critical thinking, problem
solving skills and communication sills for upcoming basis. It is also helpful to determine level of
