Reflective Learning.
Reflection learning is the way of learning
where individual reflect about their strengths
and weakness and what they have learned
about the topic (Guilbault, 2018). Here, I am
supposed to analyse my personal experience
and the skills and talents which I have
learned in a particular situation. Gibbs model
is one of the best example of reflective
learning where I have to describe my
situation and my personal learnings which
help me to enhance my skills in the situation
is discussed. Here, individual use I, me and
myself type of words and share their personal
experience openly.
Reflective learning will help me in my
future studies by developing a habit of
analysing about self-skills and talents to
perform any task and activities. This will
help in future by setting my goals and
analyse what all skills are required to
gained by me while performing the task
and what all skills are required to develop
further to accomplish the tasks
appropriately (Kiyama and Rios-Aguilar,
2018). This will further help me in
professional career where the individual is
given various kinds of task to perform and
they are not given any guidance after a
particular period of time. At that time, they
are required to analyse their own skills and
talents to accomplish tasks within a limited
period of time.
Reflective learning can be
implemented on daily basis. Here,

I am gaining strength in decision making
skill where I have to make appropriate
decisions on solving any issue in my
academic career. I am also having
appropriate IT skills which help me to
achieve the goal of my life which is
starting a career in IT field.

behaviour. I am unable to convey my
message to others in full confidence.
Secondly, my current knowledge about
general world is not good. I am unable to

Taking participation in different academic

internships at organisation will further help

Competition is one of the biggest
threat which pull me behind to
achieve my target to perform well
in academic years. The students

essential skills will gain more
chances of getting selected for the
academic activities. On the other
hand, Covid pandemic is also a
threat. Due to lock down, classes
are held online which is a obstacle
to gain the advantage of effective
learning.
