recommendations that aims to overcome the issues which the firm is been facing.

INTRODUCTION
Business management basically refers to the administration of and coordination of all the
business activities which has been oversees by operations of the company. This activity help
employees in order to reach at the top-level of productivity in order to achieve company desired
goals. The business manager is accountable to supervise or train new employees along with help
them to reach their operational as well as financial objectives in most effectual manner. It
consists of the overall management of the company which consists of preparing budget analysis
in order to find out various ways through which the company will able to cut down their costs

who aims to benefit the organisation by solving their business problems. It has been found that
original creation company is currently facing the problem regarding products as it is they are
continually trying to sell the product (Duarte, Cabrita and Cruz-Machado, 2019). But ultimately
after the unsuccessful trying of three months for marketing a new product they require a
consultancy to solve their issues. Thus it is the main issues which required to address so that
company will succeed in their further attempts. Other issue is also found that company do not
manufactures their own products they just design it as the products are originally manufactured
by the other organisation which they later design it and sells it in the market. Original creation
company mainly deals with the manufactures that are both from UK and Abroad region, they
have the manufacturers from China for which they have been facing language barrier problem as
well as cultural difference is also a barrier for continue their business. Thus in such it is

important for the company to have the cross cultural trainings which helps them in their
international meeting, it also helps them in making the consultancy report to solve their business
problem (Williams Jr, and et.al 2018).
It is found that company’s owner is facing the serious problem regarding their business as
they have decided to withdrawn the extension of their toenail clippers because of some reasons
which are lower sale of the products, as company estimated high sale for it but they fail in
making the product high seller. It has been also found that most of the customers are returning
the products because of its quality which fails in satisfying the customer’s demands, some
consumers also complaining that they have been provided with the defective products thus
overall reason is important to consider otherwise company will not be able to sustain in the
market. Other specific reasons can be their management as they have only two directors who are
from the technical background which also affects their decision making and idea generation, and
many of their HR staffs are inexperienced that do not assures the best utilisation of their
resources. company usually focus on hiring the temporary employees that are directly recruited
from the employment agencies which is another reason that affects their business process. Thus
lack in proficiency in management is the main reason for their failure, because if this company is
not able to give the proper alignment for the product and there are lots of problems in logistics as
well, because of this customer are delivering with the defective products which is causing a
challenge for the company (Tiberius, Siglow and Sendra-García, 2020). Thus it is important to
proceed with proper strategy alignment in order to sustain in the market otherwise company will
have to face the vulnerable situation that affects their long term return and business productivity.

The Original Creation is a firm which is based upon designing other company products
but not manufacture their own products. The products are owned and prepared by other firms
who make similar products or have the capability to make products which has been required and
desire by the consumers. The Original Creation is a type of organization who always looking
forward for new product ideas in order to increase their sales volume within the market space.
The company utilizes broad variety of manufacturers both in the United Kingdom as well as in
abroad. Recently the company is facing issues that their product has been withdrawn just after
three months in the brochure and slightly longer over the website (Raut and et.al., 2019).

Basically it is the most common issue but for the Original Creation, it becomes a big issue of
concern because the company is facing the similar type of issue for the tenth time in which their
recent new product faces failure and hence create a big issue for the owners that they are moving
away from the right direction. Due to this reason, company decided to withdraw the extended
toenail clipper because of lower down the sales than expected. In context of nail clipper, the
boxes taking spaces into the warehouses as the products are not being sold. Another issue is that
maximum number of nail clippers are being returned by the consumers as they are complaining
about the bad quality of products along with less expectancy over usefulness. There are few
consumers who also complaints about the damaged products that has been arrived to them. All
such activities create a situation in which the sales becomes too low to even justify the cost of
manufacturing of that specific item and the returns are extremely high to justify the consistency
of the production of the product within the market space.
Another issue is related to the inappropriate management of the company regarding their
offered goods and services. It is because of the fact that the new and advanced product ideas
have been generated within the company teams who consists of two directors who are basically
responsible for operations as well as project management. Operations are maorly involved into
the packing, labelling and posting of the product activities along with handling logistics, facility
management and various other similar kind of actions (Karpenko and et.al., 2019). Because of
the inappropriate actions of both the directors, the customers are facing such kind of issues that
are related to damages as inefficient packaging lead towards damaged products along with
inefficient production procedure which also comes under the consideration of the operations
department.
Another issue faced by the company is related to the products that they utilize and runs a
group which consists of temporary staff members that are recruited via employment agencies.
The recruited individuals generate ideas which is purely in house and does not involve focus
groups into their activities. The idea generation sessions has been done by the last Friday of
every month only which also acts as a major issue because in such kind of businesses,
continuous improvements are required on the basis of constant feedbacks (Akhmetshin and
et.al., 2018). After the selection of the product, the team members decided to find someone who
can make the product and then I will be incorporated within the brochures as well as over the

In order to test the products, they are not having any specific kind of procedure as they

facing the major declination in their products which is creating several challenges for the
business to sustain, thus they need to focus on various business functions in order to cope up

employees and also they lack in knowledge and skills which is another barrier for them. As their
major client’s manufacturers are from the China where the major language barrier is found, thus
it is important for the company to focus on the training and development plan for the employees
so that they will be easily negotiate or deal with the clients. For the workplace diversification
play a significant role that helps in avoiding any clashes or conflicts among the team members
so that they will focus on their work to deliver the valuable products.
