Introduction:
The aim of the report is to develop and culminate the matters related to the Private
Security Industry of Singapore from the perspective of a security as appointed by the
chairman of the company Mr. Selamat from Indonesia.
The outsourcing often appears to be critical for an organization so as to maintain the
aim of the organization. The outsourcing security costs fifty percentages less than the house
oriented or the in-house security. An organization that operates with the Security services
along with the network security services for the clients of the organization or the
Governmental organizations is referred as an outsourcing security. The MSSPs are generally
known as the outsourcing providers.

Advantages of the Outsourcing Security:
Highly trained forces with advanced technology and professionalism are attained by
the outsourcing of the security forces rather than the In-house security forces. The Singapore
Government has their own criteria which particularly matches the matters of the Outsourcing
security. The main reason behind outsourcing the security is to deliver and provide better
quality of services provided to the public or organization. This also benefits by providing
better quality of security in a very cost effective range and manner. The same facility can be
attained by the Kilat industries Pte. Ltd.
Legal advantages of the outsourcing security:
There are legally active remedies for the organizations present for the purposes where
there has been recorded a negligence in the performance by the assigned officers of the

security department. The laws are enforced when there is a case of hampering the contract
based law or when there is a breach in the contract recorded. The aim of contract law
compensation is to position the alleged victim throughout the situation they would have been
in, if the contract had been executed.
The type of situation where one person is held accountable for the actions which are
originally done by some other person or entity is known and referred to as the vicarious
liability. Hence, the movement of the vicarious liability that has been liable for the injury or

Legal Disadvantages of Outsourcing in the Security Services:
The outsourcing allows minimum flexibility in case of re-recruiting the employees so
as to develop the job structure. The company also has to deal and negotiate again for the
terms mentioned in the contract that allows includes the money that is charged by the
contractor. This will thus, create an environment where there will be no control and access
over the poor condition of the performance that is been delivered by the workers of the
organization along the bad condition of the management system of the organization and the
poor service of the workers. Thus when the contract is rigid and is set on a particular time
period, it is very difficult for the host to break the contract or the bond. Besides that
enforcement problem such as trouble in enforcing corporate policies that can be altered from
