Introduction:
Attention getter: what if I say diet plan of artificial sweeteners is the ultimate reason to your
health issues
Thesis statement: Today, I will persuade you all to practice the diet plan of healthy food
with natural sweeteners in order to reduce the practice of the intake of artificial sweeteners as
diet food plan.
Credibility statement: From the very young age, I had immense cravings for artificial
sweeteners like, jams and jellies, candies, soft drinks, canned food. Gradually I had to face lot
of health issues due to my weakened immunity and uncontrollable weight gain. However,
after being restricted to strict healthy diet plan, I recovered with time.
Preview of main points: First, I would like to discuss about the health issues that are caused
due to intake of excess artificial sweeteners. Secondly, I would like to share some valuable
solutions and useful knowledge that could help you all while setting up your diet plan wisely
and maintain a healthy diet plan. And finally, I will provide certain tips regarding how to
reduce the habit of consuming food that contains artificial sweeteners.

As per the news article in The Independent, it is reported that consuming too much of
artificial sweeteners can lead to type 2 diabetes (Petter). The research study was conducted at
the University of Adelaine in Australia by the professors.
