are not controlled, then soon the planet will become inhabitable by the human or other species.
Thus, it is the need of the hour to shift to renewable sources of energy to restrict the emission of
hazardous gases in environment.
Preview of main points:
The temperature of the earth is constantly rising.
Rising temperature is melting the snow peak.
Climate change issue leads to various people to migrate to new places.
Transitional word or phrase: In this speech, I will communicate the hazardous implication of
using non-renewable energy sources and need to shift to renewable energy.
Discussion (Body of the Speech) (TOTAL TIME FOR ALL 3 MAIN POINTS– 5-6
minutes)
II. Main Point #1: The temperature of the earth is constantly rising
A. The constant rise in temperature is leading to detrimental impact for any life to

available for human use is less.
Transitional word or phrase: Shifting to renewable sources will put less pressure of the
ecosystem and bio diversity across the world.

V. Cue the ending: Non-renewable energy sources are pitting burden on not only the
environmental concerns but also disrupting the life of people. Shifting to renewable is required in
order to fight back the climate change issue.
Summarize main points: The rising temperature is increasing sea levels and submerging major
cities around the world. People have to migrate from one place to another which also leads to
conflict between various countries.
