Q1. What's going on?
The senior project developer confirms the project manager that the project is sub
divided in three parts and the project will be sent abroad for testing of the code.
The project manager seems to be not confirmed about the consequences due to
the lack of stability in the project and the date of submission might be delayed
for sending the task abroad ("Scenario 1 Overseas Codeshop", 2018).
Q2. What are the facts?
 The project manager calls for the senior project developer.
 The senior project developer, named Jason is seen entering the
cabin of the project manager.
 The project manager asks for the status of the ongoing project that
his team is presently undergoing.
 The team is seen to proceed with a project allotted by the Willis
Company and Greg is supposedly the project manager of the project
that is been in process.
 The senior project developer starts describing the status of the
project to the senior project manager.
 The senior project manager tells that the project has been going
well and the team has decided to make three versions of the
project.

 The senior project developer also states that the team has decided
to send all the three parts of the project overseas for testing of the
project.
 The project manager did not seem to be much convinced about the
idea of sending the project overseas for testing of the project. The
project manager also did not want the project to be made in three
versions. The project manager wanted the project to be very stable.
To be stable the project need not be made in three different
versions rather made in a single version that will be robust in
nature. The project manager also seems to be concerned about the
fact that overseas testing might lead to the delay in completion of
the project. The project manager was also in dilemma regarding
crashing of the project in case of excess overload on the project.
 The senior project developer then stated that the project has been
taken through a lot of pressure and the project has not crashed yet
and the project has the potential to run successfully in intense
pressure situation.

 The issues regarding the project was that the senior project developer
wanted the project developer wanted the project to be sub divided into 3
parts and wanted to send the project overseas for testing of the code.

 The project manager was in dilemma regarding sending of the code
overseas for testing of the project.
 The project manager was seen in confusion with the robustness of the
project as the project was divided in three parts and the ability of the
project to sustain in immense pressure.
 The project manager was also concerned about the fact that sending the
project overseas may lead to the delay of submission of the project which
might affect the good will of the organization.

 The personnel who would be affected the most are the customers due to
the act that customers are the direct end users. The reliance of the
customer is directly based on the project. The project being unstable in
nature crashes when there is immense pressure on the project.
 The project manager of the project will be affected to a great extent as the
project manager will be completely responsible for the failure of the task.
The failure of the task may result in the project manager getting sacked
from the job.
 The senior project developer will also be affected as the senior project
developer is directly related to the performance of the project. The senior
project developer will be responsible for the entire massacre caused due
to the crashing of the project.
 Willis Company will also be affected as the organization will be the face of
the project, in case of any failure in the project the good will of the
organization will be affected and the status of the organization will be lost.

Q5. What are the ethical issues and their implications?
 Timely delivery of the product- According to the ethics the product should be
delivered in time (de los Reyes, Kim & Weaver, 2017). In case of the delay in
submission in the project the good will of the organization might be at stake (Andriof
& McIntosh, 2017).
 Leadership- the leadership quality of the senior developer is the major reason of
success of the team work (Crane & Matten, 2016). The senior project developer
should have taken the responsibility in order to not send the project abroad
(Donaldson, 2015).
 Mutual respect- The mutual respect between the project manager and the senior
developer must stay at peace (de Waal Malefyt & Morais, 2017). Mutual respect
increases the motivation of the workers which helps in progress of the project faster
and better (Ermasova, Wagner & Nguyen, 2017).
Q6. What could have been done about it?
 The project should not have been sub divided in three parts as it
reduces the robustness of the project.
 The project should not be sent abroad for testing purpose as their
might be a delay of the submission of the product.
Q7. What are the options?
 The project manager allows the senior developer to make the project in 3
parts and send the same abroad for testing purposes. This result was the
project was submitted in time but the stability of the project was lacking

which caused the project to crash. The crashing of the project led to the
sacking of both the project manager and the senior manager.
 The project manager disallows the concept of sending the task abroad and
intended on giving the developing team an assurance training session.
This makes the team capable enough so that they do not need to send the
send the task abroad.
 The project manger gets unpleased with the developing team and calls the
program developer for changing the entire set of developing team by
bring in new faces which resulted in the delay of the project.
Q8. Which option is the best and why?
Providing training to the developing team is the best option as it ensures that
the developing team gains experience of taking tasks and completing
themselves than sending them abroad. Which in turn leads to submission of the
project I time as well as the stability of the project is also maintained.
