The issues like financial strains, aging population and safety of the patientshave increased and this has necessitated the urgency for person-centred care as a nurse inhospital setting improvement. A key question in most of the healthcare organisations is tofind out the ways in managing its improvement initiatives effectively. In this report, SonicHealthcare has been selected as the organisation and it has realised the significance of qualityimprovement to support the above-stated efforts. This is of immense significance for theorganisation in hard financial situations.
