WHO focuses on giving mothersand children assistance to serviceand thrive to make them live ahealthy long life. It also ensure the safety of the airpeople breath and the foot they eat,water they drink and make sure theavailability of medicines andvaccines to for everyone.CONTRIBUTION TO THE COMMONGOODWHO with making recommendationto cure the diseases also helps themember nations in keeping thepeople more healthy.It has a global level surveillancesystem that track the drug resistanceand a global Antibiotic Researchand Development partnership, inorder to develop a new antibiotic totreat the infectious disease.WHO have proposed a new target tobenefit more than 1 billion peoplefrom the universal health coverageby 2023.The programs which are under takenby WHO are many, air pollution,bold transfusion safety, cancer,child growth standards to name few.MY PROFESSIONALCONTRIBUTIONAs an accountant my professional skillsare to organise the financial recordsand to preset them in predetermineformat in accordance with theaccounting policies, principles andstanders in order to present them inunderstandable format. As anaccounting professional I cansummarize, record and present all thetransaction of the WHO at place topresent the in the form of financialstatements. The financial statement ofall countries differs and I can use myprofessional skill to being all theprojects and financial information atone place to determine the overallperformance of the WHO at globallevel as well as national levels.Being a Non profit organisation theincome and expenditure will be shownas project wise report.
