INTRODUCTION
An organisation operates in a business environment which consist of various factors,
which are both external as well as internal in nature. Thus, it is quite essential to have proper
knowledge of the factors, so that management can frame policies in an effective way for the
future growth of company in the longer run. It is also equally important to make sure that right
kind of business choices are being made that will enable company to deal with headwinds that
prevails within External and Internal business environment. In today's modern world, the needs
as well as demand of consumers is changing rapidly and thus it is essential that companies shall
make sure proper demands and patterns are being fulfilled in an effective as well as efficient
manner (Avramenko, 2012). For the purpose of this report the company that has been taken is
Tesco, It is a big Multinational company having its operations in around 10 countries and is
known for serving clients as well as customers with good quality products and services. The
current report will have a detailed discussion regarding the various macro and micro
environmental factors that may have a bearing on organisation and its Policy.
