INTRODUCTIONHuman resource management is the most important function of an enterprise whichconcerns mainly on hiring, planning and designing workplace. This process is done by human resource management of acompany in which managers play an effective role in recruiting and selecting employees. Inaddition to this, for getting high commitment and contribution of these persons in achievement ofbusiness success, managers provide them essential training, compensation, rewards and more.Planning workforce also states a continuous procedure for aligning priorities and necessities ofassociation. It mainly focuses on serving trench coats or development of outdoor attire likeready-to-wear outerwear, fragrances, cosmetics and more. This firm is established in 1856 byThomas Burberry and currently it has near about 500 branches in many countries whereapproximately 10,000 workers are working.
