CONCLUSION
From the above carried out study it can be concluded that small business enterprise are
required to identify their strength and weaknesses in order to survive in the market for a long
period of time. Further, the strategies are made to overcome the weaknesses and there is analysis
which is carried out for the maintenance of the existing performance of the company. It can be
inferred that Hungry House is facing a huge competition from the other company and they have
adopted some of the changes which are required for the business in order to develop in market.
Moreover, it can be summarized that the changes plays an important role in the business and to
stay competitive for the long run survival. Hungry House needed to make changes in their
objectives and strategies of marketing. With the help of appropriate marketing they are able to
promote their business with the use of different tools and techniques. Thus, it can be stated that
small businesses can easily implement the changes according to the requirement of company.
From the above carried out study it can be concluded that small business enterprise are
